To do this to the best of my abilities please share with me this important information about your furry family members: favorite treats, favorite games, favorite places to play, favorite toys, favorite walking routes, favorite places to be petted, hated places to be petted, favorite enrichment toys, anxieties, things they will ask for that they can’t have, amount/type of treats they can have, their routines, important personality traits, any behaviors you want me to discourage and how, any training you want me to work on with them, can I pick them up and how, and any thing else you think I should know.

I love to stimulate your furry family members mentally and physically. We will play games and do enrichment puzzles, if you have them. We will go on walks to smell the neighborhood. We will cuddle when your furry family member feels cuddly. I will listen to their signals and try to do the best owner approved activity for what your furry family member is asking to do.

I have been around dogs my entire life and have had my family dog for 9 years now. I do a lot of the caring for my dog. I played an integral part in my dog’s recovery from knee surgery. I have also dog sat many times for dogs of all ages from 1-2 year old dogs to elderly dogs. I was also a dog sitter for my college canine companion club for 2 years. This taught me a lot about dog training, etiquette, and respect. While taking care of these dogs, I walked them, gave them food and water, played with the dogs, gave the dogs their medications, worked on owner specified training, and made sure that the dogs were comfortable and happy. I have always loved dogs, listened to their body language, and respected them. I am available to sit for single dog households and multiple pet or dog and cat households. I look forward to meeting your furry family members!

Margaret was great! My dog is often standoffish to new people. That was not the case this time. Knowing my dog is comfortable provides so much relief while I’m away.
Maggie is excellent with both dogs and cats. She is very professional and dependable. She is attentive and responsive to their needs. She loves spending time with dogs and cats. Our dog had surgery and needed physical therapy daily at home. Maggie helped us with the at home physical therapy and made it enjoyable for the dog. Due to surgery, our dog receives medications at mealtimes, and we completely trust Maggie to give the correct medication. Whether walking, playing, or just hanging out our dog is always happy to be with Maggie.
I highly recommend Maggie for pet sitting and dog walking services. She has a natural connection with animals and treats every pet as if it were her own. Maggie is calm, patient, and loves spending time playing and bonding with pets, ensuring they feel safe and happy. Maggie is an experienced dog owner and pet sitter. She is reliable, communicative, and goes the extra mile to make sure both pets and owners are comfortable. Maggie will do an excellent job caring for your pet.
