Loved dogs my entire life.
I have been around dogs my entire life and have had my family dog for 9 years now. I do a lot of the caring for my dog. I played an integral part in my dog’s recovery from knee surgery. I have also dog sat many times for dogs of all ages from 1-2 year old dogs to elderly dogs. I was also a dog sitter for my college canine companion club for 2 years. This taught me a lot about dog training, etiquette, and respect. While taking care of these dogs, I walked them, gave them food and water, played with the dogs, gave the dogs their medications, worked on owner specified training, and made sure that the dogs were comfortable and happy. I have always loved dogs, listened to their body language, and respected them. I am available to sit for single dog households and multiple pet or dog and cat households. I do not offer in my home care. I am glad to talk about any and all routines and rules you want me to follow with your pet (within reason). I am great at reading body language of your furry family members and will do my absolute best at following both your instructions and expectations as well as making sure your furry family members are listened to, comfortable, and happy. I will always treat your furry family members like they are family.

Maggie is excellent with both dogs and cats. She is very professional and dependable. She is attentive and responsive to their needs. She loves spending time with dogs and cats. Our dog had surgery and needed physical therapy daily at home. Maggie helped us with the at home physical therapy and made it enjoyable for the dog. Due to surgery, our dog receives medications at mealtimes, and we completely trust Maggie to give the correct medication. Whether walking, playing, or just hanging out our dog is always happy to be with Maggie.
