She was just the right amount of communicative and provided a great sense of safety while we were away on a trip for five days. “Austin took great care of my cat while I was out of town for a few days. My cat, Kat, had her own room while she adjusted to her new environment. Eventually, she shared the rest of the space with the other pets in the household once she was comfortable. Aside from just caring for my cat, Austin sent frequent photo and text updates, and always quickly responded to my messages. On the subject of punctuality, Austin was quick to answer the door when I arrived to drop off my cat, and had everything prepared for me upon my arrival. I'll also add that I ended up picking up my cat a little earlier than expected, but Austin still had everything ready. In a rush to prepare for my trip, I forgot to bring my cat's litter box and fresh litter, even though I had said I would bring them. Austin supplied litter and a litter box for my cat. I really appreciate this gesture, especially considering it was 100% my fault that I forgot to supply the litter and box. As for the space itself, Austin's place has plenty of room for the pets to explore and, as I mentioned before, a spare room is available for those who would prefer that for their pet. Ultimately, Austin seems like a qualified sitter who did a great job caring for my cat for a few days.”

This was our first experience with needing to leave Bailey, who is 14 years old, with anyone. We were extremely nervous, apprehensive and anxious about leaving her with anyone however after meeting with Tori and meeting her family, I knew I had made a right desicion. My dog loves Aaron and Mazer. She thinks she is going there anytime I get up early and she watches for Aaron’s Jeep. She is so excited when his Jeep turns into the drive! And I love that he will pick her up and drop her back off at the end of her stay. It makes my life easier.
