Between her taking them on walks and hanging with them, she put our pups at ease. For awhile. Iw we’ve been leery about long weekends because boarding can be stressful. But thanks to Hallie all those concerns are old news. Will definitely use her again and would strongly recommend her for all the pet care needs.”

“This was our first time using Rover for our fur babies and we were nervous about finding the right fit. Marisa put our mind at ease right away. She asked questions about both our fur babies, gave them time and space to adjust to her, sent us updates and pictures throughout the days. She got to know both of our dogs and their needs and personality quirks and catered to them. She actually spent time with our dogs verses just taking care of them. She took great care of them as well as our house while we were gone. We will be asking Marisa to watch our fur babies again when we go out of town. She is amazing! We highly recommend her.”

“Erica is amazing! I have two French bulldogs that are practically my children. Frenchies are a unique breed in the sense, that they need extra attention and care, and Erica was superb with them. She understands the breed and kept me informed and sent photos of my pups when I was away. She was communicative and easy to get a hold of when I was feeling my "dog mom guilt" kick in. Highly recommend her and I plan to work with her for my future vacations!”

When Francesca first came over, the dogs immediately loved her, and the way that she diligently listened to all of the instructions I had to give her about their routines, I knew that I would my dogs were in good hands. “Samantha was so great with Chief. We were visiting from out of town and needed someone to watch our puppy while we went to a football game since we’d be out late. She kept me updated with pictures and texts while I was away which I so appreciated since this was our first time leaving our puppy. She made me confident he was in great hands. “TLDR: Would absolutely recommend and hire again when in need of pet care. Luke is a responsible, attentive, and caring dog sitter with excellent communication. I’m very thankful that he took such good care of my boys and made me feel at ease. - - - Luke was wonderful and provided excellent care for my two Huskies. I’ve never left both of my dogs with a Rover sitter and was very hesitant. One Husky, Turbo, is calm and chill but the other Husky, Sylar, has inherited all of the husky traits: He is high energy, an escape artist, and loud. I was very worried to hire a sitter for both who would be able to handle both. Since Sylar’s a typical husky Houdini, he loves to escape and run wild. Luke and his fiancé were extra careful when taking them out for walks and when it was just one of them, would take turns to ensure that Sylar was kept safe. Despite it being thanksgiving, Luke came over to check on my pups throughout the day and even one night super late at night to ensure they would last until morning. He followed all directions to a T and even stayed to make sure my dogs had attention and extra pets and cuddles so they wouldn’t feel too alone. We received lots of updates throughout the checkins and pictures as well to make sure the boys were taken care of. The communication was above and beyond what I expected. Even after we came back, I found a daily written summary of how they had behaved, ate, behavior, exercise, and what they did each day of care. When we were stuck in a snowstorm coming home, Luke made sure to offer additional care if necessary and checked in to make sure we had made it home safe even after the stay was over.”

“Kim did such a great job with our pug, Buster. He’s still learning how to listen and at the meet and greet my husband and I could tell Kim is the one to take care of our fur baby! Kim is a great communicator and took notes while we were on our quick getaway. She sent pictures everyday and took great care of Buster! Definitely will rebook her for our next trip!”
