“Anna and her team did such an amazing job taking care of our furbaby! They were super easy to communicate with and we’re always willing to provide updates with pictures included about our pups. They provided the best of care for our pup and had an array of places for him (fenced in) for him to run like crazy! They even have a designated dog area in their home! I was so happy that my dog (who normally is never relaxed when he’s away) was actually able to lay down and sleep! Truly amazing work and I’m so excited for our next booking!”

“I can't thank Griffin enough for taking care of my dog on such short notice. They were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent care. Highly recommended!"”

About: My pet care experience began when I was a young child. My parents have always had at least five pets that I helped train and take care of while growing up. After we moved to a farm, they adopted more pets (dogs, cats, chickens, etc.); which allowed me to have more responsibilities and experiences taking care of animals. In college, I adopted my dog and had her for over 13 years. Sadly, she passed from old age and I have not adopted another pet since. I currently have a full-time job, but it does not involve animals. I am on Rover because I enjoy being around animals and taking care of them. My schedule is flexible and would allow me ample time throughout the day to assist others with their pets. My husband and I have very flexible work schedules that allow us to work from home most, if not all, of the week. We love going for walks with the dogs and playing with them in our fenced in backyard. As mentioned above, we have a fenced in backyard. We also have a large crate available if you prefer to have your dog crates for part of its stay. Thanks for taking your time to read about me! Hopefully, you’ll allow me to help you with your pet(s)!
“Our two labs had a great day with Hank and the family. They were two tired pups when they got home. Love the pictures received throughout the day. Plan on sending them back for several more day visits!”

“Great communications (several check ins, including picture) to let me know my mini goldendoodle Enzo was settling in with the other dogs and doing well during his first day. Enzo was calm and confident when I picked him up - indicating it was a good experience for him too :) Thanks!”

“Tori was amazing for my hyper-active boy. Her rates were fair, her replies prompt, and she even changed the schedule for me on very short notice. My pup came home exhausted and happy. 5/5 I highly recommend her.”

“Lindsey was wonderful with our pup, Carlton! He spent several hours exploring in the amazing backyard with the sweetest dog, Stella. Love Lindsey’s care of our boy!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was thrilled with Kathleen as a dog sitter. I took my very high energy Wheaten Terrier to her home. Kathleen was very communicative and sent me pictures of my dog playing and napping. I can tell my dog had a great time as she was totally exhausted! I highly recommend Kathleen and will use her service again.”

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. I have 3 dogs, a cat, and a 75 gallon fish tank in my household and I love them all dearly. I take my dog Willow to the dog park regularly and I hope to be able to help keep your pet active as well! I am an honest a genuine person who you can trust in your home and with the safety and happiness of your pets. I used to work as a veterinary assistant and am more than capable of administering medication, including insulin and checking glucose levels. I hope I can bring you and your pets happiness with my services! I’m fine with any ages as well :) Puppies and senior dogs are always welcome. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. I work from home M-F and if you would like me to stay for an extended period of time, I am more than willing to work from your home to give your pet as much love and attention as they need! I live in a shared house, so if you would like me to take care of your animals in my own home, I would need to clear it with my roommate first! I have plenty of space that isn’t shared so as long as your pet is small/medium and fully potty trained, that most likely won’t be an issue. I have a fenced in yard. I am also receptive to those who are very particular about their pets as well. Whether they are handicapped and require extra attention, need medication at certain times, or if you would like me to take them on a certain amount of walks per day etc. I should also mention that I am a people please at heart, so you are guaranteed great service! 😊
“My dog absolutely loves coming to this doggy daycare! He gets so excited every time we pull up to the building. It's clear he has a blast playing with the other dogs and getting attention from the staff. Knowing he's in such a caring and fun environment makes my day so much easier. We've returning, and it's the best decision we've made for his socialization and happiness!”

“Excellent communication prior to the day. Extremely flexible with drop off and pickup times. I can tell our Boston had a great time. She sent pictures of our dog playing his favorite game of ball. Will definitely book again next time we are in the Kansas City metro.”

“Shauna was attentive and caring for my dog! She was able to take Maggie last minute, sent me pictures and kept me informed on how she was while at Shaina’s house. I would highly recommend Shaina for your puppy sitting needs!”

“Chelsie totally made us feel at ease with leaving our dog with her. He has a lot of anxiety in new situations and around new people and she has been very patient with him. Will absolutely be utilizing her services again! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Ashlyn was amazing! She has a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to downtown KC and amazing parks, it was very convenient to drop Snowy off every day while I played in a tennis tournament. She sent photo’s every day, I’ll absolutely book with her again if I’m in town.”

About: I am available for drop ins over the holidays! I have spent my entire life around animals! I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, and horses, as well as some experience with small pets, including rabbits, ferrets, and aquarium animals. I am certified in Cat & Dog first aid through the Red Cross, and I have previously worked full-time at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, so I have plenty of experience with all different types of dogs. I am also comfortable administering oral and topical medications, and have limited experience with injected medications. My schedule tends to be very flexible; however, I appreciate requests made well in advance. Please be aware that on a typical day I am ONLY available in the mornings and evenings, not at midday. I have experience taking care of many anxious pets, so I always work hard to make sure that each animal is as comfortable and happy as they can be! During walks, that means sniffing if they want to sniff and running if they want to run. I do not interact with other dogs or people on walks, no matter the friendliness/reactivity level of your dog, to keep yours as safe as possible.
“Stop scrolling and book with Maddie right away!!!! We've tried several sitters, but nobody compares with Maddie! Her love for my dog rivals my own. She gives him so much attention and sends pics of all their fun adventures. I cannot recommend her enough!”

About: NOTE: I am not able to schedule bookings more than 1-2 weeks out. I won't know my schedule that far out. But, feel free to send me a message ahead of time so I have an idea of times when I may be able to dog sit for you. I have 22+ years of taking care of dogs. I had a Labrador from a 8 week old puppy to 12 years old with health issues; he passed in January of 2016. I had a Vizsla from 8 weeks to 9.5 years old; he sadly passed from cancer in March of 2026. I have dog sat for several people and dogs of all sizes and ages. I currently have no dog of my own (taking a break after losing my Vizsla). I work from home so am able to watch your dog(s) most of the day. If I need to run a short errand I would put them in your kennel you supply. They will also need to sleep in their kennel at night. For past clients I have taken pictures of their dog(s) when walking them or outside with them in the back lawn so they can both see how happy they are and also to confirm potty breaks. My aim is to help your time apart from your dog(s) be as smooth and easy as can be for you both. I traveled very little the last 9 years as my Vizsla was pretty clingy! So I know how much the right dog sitter who can accommodate dogs with extra love to give can be such a big help! Please read my tips and FAQs below to make sure your dog's stay is great. I have a very detailed list of steps below I ask you please read so we can be sure your dog has a great stay. :) I work from home so am able to watch your dog and they can sit on the floor or sofa on a blanket during the day. I can take them on potty breaks in the back lawn as needed and walk them during the day. If I need to run an errand during the day then I would put them in the kennel you supply until I get back. It is unlikely I would be gone more than 1-2 hours tops, likely less than a hour. They will need to sleep in their kennel at night you supply. I would only sit your dog(s) during the time scheduled and not with other dogs. I currently do not have a dog as my last dog passed from cancer in March of 2026, so am able to give them a lot of love and attention during this time. I have a fenced in backyard and can put in the dog door during good weather so they could come in and out or stay inside if they'd like. I have dog sat for others in between the dog before my last. I would have your dog come meet me before you leave him for the stay later to be sure that they feel safe here with me and make sure they will feel comfortable here with me.

Kyle was wonderful. My dog has anxiety and gets nervous when meeting new dog sitters and dogs. But my dog liked Kyle right away. The 2nd day at drop off he went running to Kyle when seeing him. That made me so happy, it is such a relief when your dog loves the dog sitter and you know that you can leave him without any worries. We will definitely be using them often.
