Our kids, ages 14 and 17, have cared for puppies, adult dogs, and senior citizen dogs since they were toddlers. The two adults in the family have cared for pets for a total of 45 years. Please tell us how we can make your dog's stay comfortable and stress-free! I work from home. My schedule is flexible enough so that I can give frequent walks and constant attention to our four-legged guests. I enjoy the company - the dogs provide companionship and they are my favorite co-workers! Our home is very dog-friendly. Our doggie guests often find special spots where they like to hang out, but our sun room and the TV room sofa are favorites. We have a fenced back yard, but we never let the dogs go out by themselves - we stay out with them to keep an eye on them, and to monitor if they are peeing and pooping normally. We never leave dogs unattended. Dogs are on-leash anytime they are outside of our fenced area.
