These picture are most emphatically NOT what I get from Karrie. In every single picture she sent, both of our dogs are grinning from ear to ear and appear to be having the time of their lives. When I took the dogs over, it had been quite a while since their previous visit with Karrie -- but they clearly remembered her and couldn't wait to ditch me and get into her house. Additionally, when you know your babies get separation anxiety and you just want someone to love on them as you would. I am happy I picked Devin. About: I offer small-group, in-home boarding, designed for pet parents who want something more personal than a traditional boarding facility. I intentionally keep the number of guest dogs small and manageable. While I do welcome pets from multiple families, I don't believe in packing a large number of dogs into one space. My goal is for every dog to receive individual attention, supervision, affection, and care rather than simply being one of many. Our home is spacious and set up to give dogs room to relax. We have two living rooms, a large unused basement area, and a fully privacy-fenced yard. Someone is almost always home, so your dog isn't spending the majority of the day alone. I have two senior dogs of my own, and I'm very intentional about maintaining a calm, safe environment for everyone's comfort. Because this is our family home, I do have a few house rules. Dogs are not allowed on our beds or couches, and I use baby gates or separation when necessary for safety, feeding, introductions, or simply giving a dog some downtime. My $35/night rate is intentionally priced below many local boarding and daycare facilities, while still providing the advantages of a home environment: a smaller group, more individualized attention, a spacious home, a private fenced yard, and someone nearby most of the time. If you're looking for a place where your dog can be cared for as an individual—not just another dog in a large boarding group—I'd love to welcome them into our home. ❤️🐶
About: I have had a number of families count on me to take care of both their children and pets for over 20 years (including dogs, cats, birds, and fish). Recently, I've taken care of a few family members' senior dogs and cats so I am experienced with administering medications. In my own free time I love going for walks (as well as runs if your dog would like that). I am a flight instructor at one of the local airports which gives me a flexible schedule. There are also days when the weather isn’t “flight friendly” (hello spring!) which allows me to stop by and walk your dog/feed your pet. I show up when needed, talk to the pets, show them lots of love and attention, and take care of my responsibilities (feeding, letting outside, walking, medication etc). My main gig is flight instructing. Everything in flying has a checklist so you can count on me to follow any instructions you leave me.

We own our own animals so pet care is natural to us. We have a full fenced in yard which adds to safety but still allows your animal to run around. We have a separate room designated to visiting animals if they stay at our house and need some alone space. I will communicate openly with homeowners and complete the needs of their pets.

On the subject of punctuality, Austin was quick to answer the door when I arrived to drop off my cat, and had everything prepared for me upon my arrival. I'll also add that I ended up picking up my cat a little earlier than expected, but Austin still had everything ready. In a rush to prepare for my trip, I forgot to bring my cat's litter box and fresh litter, even though I had said I would bring them. Austin supplied litter and a litter box for my cat. I really appreciate this gesture, especially considering it was 100% my fault that I forgot to supply the litter and box. As for the space itself, Austin's place has plenty of room for the pets to explore and, as I mentioned before, a spare room is available for those who would prefer that for their pet. Ultimately, Austin seems like a qualified sitter who did a great job caring for my cat for a few days.”
“Daniel did an absolutely fantastic job watching my two dogs Quinn (a senior dog) and Phineas (a puppy). He provided the perfect amount of communication and sent some really great pictures while we were away. I was thoroughly impressed by his level of care and would love to book with him again.
