“Alexis was so great with Archie! She updated me with pictures throughout the day of my pup playing, walking, napping, etc. She took him for a walk even in the chilly weather. He came home ready to snooze from all the fun he had! Archie is looking forward to playing with Alexis and her pup moose again soon!”

About: I have over 14 years of professional animal care experience. I am Veterinary Technician at a local Veterinary animal hospital and my favorite people in the world are animal owners. Hard to be a bad person if you love animals. I have work in Veterinary practices doing everything from scrubbing kennels and walking dogs to taking care of critically sick or injuries animals in ICU at Mizzou and scrubbing in for surgery to assist the Veterinarian. Pets are my life and I enjoy it everyday! My animals are at the center of my world and I am home with them when I can be. I work a full time schedule at the clinic but have regular days off including weekends. I can drop in to check in before and after work and on lunch as well. Whether it be at my house or yours. I have a huge fenced in yard and a very lovely dog to keep them company. I can kennel if you would like as well. No animal will be left only outside. I do work part time but only 18 hours a week. I am also going to school so I am home most of the day. At my home we have put down grips on our only stairs to help with movement for old dogs or dogs with special needs. I can kennel if needed. I don't do it normally.

“In very short notice, Kathleen was able to help us with a 12 hour stay for our Dog Jasmine. She was thorough and conscientious in sending me pictures as I requested and updates about Jasmine’s well-being throughout the day. Kathleen and her husband are obviously skilled in caring for dogs and an extra bonus is their experience in training dogs. We were in the city for a wedding, but if I lived there, there is no doubt I would rely on Kathleen for Dog Sitting on a regular basis. She is outstanding! So personable, professional and easy to work with. I felt peace that our Jazzy girl was good hands. Kathleen and Chris deserve five stars when it comes to Dog Care!”

She provided him the best of care, love, attention while closely monitoring his health needs as he got older. She took him on multiple walks daily’s which was the highlight of Dodgers day. Deb has been a true blessing to our family and Dodger. Dodger adores Deb as much as we do. She is the kindest, caring person and relates so well to all pets.❤️”

About: Animals will forever have my heart, as they teach love is something to be felt rather than heard. I have been an active volunteer at local animal shelters, despite where I have lived, since the start of high school in 2014. I have an animal science undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and an animal and vet science masters degree from the University of Wyoming. The last 3 years I have been a foster at LAWS (Laramie, WY), until recently moving to KS. As a current PhD student at KUMC, my schedule is flexible and varies day to day. However, 6 hours would be the longest amount of time during the week days I’d be gone. Weekends I am always home. My apartment is pet friendly, safe, and free from any harmful objects or toxins. I am willing to do anything I can to make your pet feel at home away from home. You can be sure that I will care for them as if they are my own.

“This review is slightly overdue but Megan is amazing! She has been working with my puppy for a few months now, letting him spend the day with her. She is great with dogs, spends time teaching him commands, helped with potty training, the works! I cannot recommend her enough to someone looking for a new rover to care for your pup.”
