About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I’ve been a cat mama to 2 of my own fur babies for about 5 years now, but I have always grown up with cats and the sweetest little Yorkshire terrier dog. When I’m not home with my kitties, I’m in the classroom teaching my 2-5 year old babies! About: I've been taking care of my own pets (4 cats and 1 dog) for years and used to work as a Rainbow Valley vet clinic walker and boarder! I am currently living in Kansas City and my beloved kitty Nala who joined me up here passed in October. So I currently do not have any pets at home and would love some company boarding animals! I love watching both cats and dogs 🥰 I work from home and have very flexible work hours, so I have plenty of time for boarding and walking! About: Hi! I'm Michelle, I've been dogsitting for friends and family since ~2016 and finally became a dog mom in 2020--it's the best! My husband, Brad, and I both love animals and are excited to join the Rover sitter community. We are comfortable with dogs of any age and any breed, and would care for your dog as if s/he were our own. We can administer medications as needed (we mostly have experience with oral and topical meds, but are willing to learn what's needed for your furry friend) and are very attentive to your dog's diet and feeding regime. We can't wait to welcome your dog into our home while you are away! Michelle works from home so your dog won't be on their own for long periods while staying at our home. We love taking our dog, Joni, on walks (& runs) everyday (we usually go several times each day) and we have a large fenced in yard for additional playtime, so your pup will get lots of outside time to burn off energy and sniff. Your dog will have full access to our home, just as our Joni does, with a variety of toys and bed options (including couches) available throughout the day. You'll get regular photo updates of your pup's adventures while you're away (unless otherwise requested). My husband and I have a large, fenced in backyard that's perfect for zoomies and playtime, and live in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our 6 year old pup, Joni, is always looking for new friends and someone to share her toys with (she's up to date on her vaccinations and preventative meds and ask that your dog be as well). If your dog is crate trained, we'd be happy to find a space to set that up for them in our home during their stay, or they are welcome to use Joni's old crate which we can set up if needed. Additionally, feel free to bring any toys or bedding/blankets that help make your dog feel at home; we want him/her to have what they need to be comfy while you are away.

About: One of the happiest days of my life was when my parents surprised us with a dog for Christmas as a kid. I have a year of working at a dog daycare under my belt and come from a family of dog lovers (seriously we'll watch entire dog shows together and commentate it the whole time). “Jessica is GREAT! We unexpectedly had to extend our time away from our pup due to cancelled flights, and she was so kind to continue to care for our girl for longer than initially planned. I know this cannot always be done, but I certainly appreciate her willingness to work with us & take great care of our pup while we were working to get home. Cannot recommend her enough 🙏🏼”

He is usually a very nervous/submissive boy, but she got him confident shortly after dropping him, and her two dogs also helped by playing. Not only she does Rover, but also works for a pet adoption center so she knows what she’s doing and I never felt nervous even when this was Lonzo’s first time with her. Highly recommend her.”
