About: Hi! I'm Michelle, I've been dogsitting for over 9 years for friends and family and finally became a dog mom in 2020--it's the best! My husband, Brad, and I both love animals and are excited to join the Rover sitter community. We are comfortable with dogs of any age and any breed, and would care for your dog as if s/he were our own. We can administer medications as needed (we mostly have experience with oral and topical meds, but are willing to learn what's needed for your furry friend) and are very attentive to your dog's diet and feeding regime. We can't wait to welcome your dog into our home while you are away! Michelle works from home so your dog won't be on their own for long periods while staying at our home. We love taking our dog, Joni, on walks (& runs) everyday (we usually go several times each day) and we have a large fenced in yard for additional playtime, so your pup will get lots of outside time to burn off energy and sniff. Your dog will have full access to our home, just as our Joni does, with a variety of toys and bed options (including couches) available throughout the day. You'll get regular photo updates of your pup's adventures while you're away (unless otherwise requested). My husband and I have a large, fenced in backyard that's perfect for zoomies and playtime, and live in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our 6 year old pup, Joni, is always looking for new friends and someone to share her toys with (she's up to date on her vaccinations and preventative meds). If your dog is crate trained, we'd be happy to find a space to set that up for them in our home during their stay, or they are welcome to use Joni's old crate which we can set up if needed. Additionally, feel free to bring any toys or bedding/blankets that help make your dog feel at home; we want him/her to have what they need to be comfy while you are away.

About: I grew up with animals all my life and have a 3 year old golden retriever. I would love to meet your furry friend and help out in any way I can! I currently work a hybrid job in Overland Park. This was our first time using August to care for our two senior cats. The cats were well cared for and the detailed reports received were a pleasure to read and made us feel like August was very observant and tuned in to their personalities. We would definitely book August again!
Rabecca is awesome! I reached out to her last minute for a week of drop-in visits for my senior cat who is undergoing some health problems. Rabecca responded to all my messages quickly and was flexible with the visit times. While we were away she was punctual and sent great photos and updates. She also administered medicine to my cat without issue, and followed all my instructions for feeding her (a little more complicated than normal due to her illness). I would highly recommend Rabecca to anyone seeking a reliable, trustworthy and communicative pet sitter!
Jaden was so great and we would absolutely trust them again to watch our dogs! One of our girls is slow to warm up to new people and Jaden was so patient with her and we definitely felt like she was in good hands! Our other dog is reactive and Jaden understood her needs and general sass right away! We got detailed updates with each visit and it was clear Jaden paid attention to our girls’ individual needs and quirks!

Kianne was so great! She took our request on short notice and did wonderfully. It was actually quite an involved request - transporting our two dogs across town - and they absolutely loved her. She really helped make a special day for us better and also provided great pictures of our boys. They clearly enjoyed their time with her and we will use her in the future. Can’t recommend enough!
Katie is phenomenal. She takes great pictures of our cat and provides good detail as to what she did with him and how he behaved, ate, etc. She’s very accommodating and professional and is frankly the best Rover I have ever booked. Would strongly recommend.
Michelle took care of six cats for me while I was out of town- 3 indoor pets and 3 outside ferals. She was wonderful! She even spent extra time with my indoor cats giving them cuddles and attention when she really didn’t have to. I received daily updates and pictures and all the info I needed to reassure me they were eating and doing well. I would hire her again in an instant!
