She communicates to you and sends you texts msgs & pictures to you everyday so you know how your dog is doing. I gave her a bit of a challenge because Pepe is blind. Plus he was on the tail end of his medication. Jill made sure he took all of medication. When I got back, Pepe was very happy and wagging his tail! He was even still looking for her! Even though Juliette had eating issues due to a big underbite and had to be fed by hand, this was not a problem for Pamela. Juliette has since passed away, but I will be sure to contact Pamela when I need a pet caregiver when I adopt a new dog. Pamela's care for my dog, along with her willingness to do the extra effort to take care of Juliette's special issues, showed me what a responsible caregiver she is. You will not be disappointed!”
