About: I've taken care of my dog for a little over 6 years, an extremely anxious rescue. He is well trained and very social. I can work with any sorts of dogs, small and loud, big and reactive, anything in between. Long or short walks. I currently in between jobs and doing some interviews, so I have plenty of time to help take care of your pet as if they were my own! I have one dog who lives in an apartment, but he is very active and socially. We go on at least one 2ish mile walk per day, but he loves playing fetch or with other dogs at the dog park.

The evenings are all about more outdoor time, cuddles, dinner, and winding down before bed. My goal is for every dog to feel like they're on their own little vacation while you're away. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. My home provides a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of room to relax and explore. We have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely play, stretch their legs, and enjoy supervised outdoor time. Inside, there's plenty of space for dogs to spread out, nap, or simply be part of the family. I carefully introduce new dogs to my own pets to ensure everyone is comfortable. My two resident dogs are well-trained, friendly, and accustomed to sharing their home with visiting dogs through my rescue and fostering experience. It can also be a little nerve wracking to let a stranger into the house. But Ashlyn made me feel so at ease knowing she was coming to see my cats. She arrived on time every single day. Never left a second early. She made sure to send me pictures, which I loved and made me feel confident that my cats were being cared for. I was able to enjoy my vacation and not have to check in with her everyday to ensure she was doing what needed to be done. When I got home, the house was just as we’d left it. During visits, I’m attentive to doors, gates, leashes and other potential safety concerns and will always follow your care instructions closely. My previous experience working as a veterinary assistant has made me particularly observant of changes in an animal’s behavior or well-being. I also understand the trust involved in allowing someone into your home and will treat your home, privacy and belongings with respect.
