About: I am available for drop ins over the holidays! I have spent my entire life around animals! I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, and horses, as well as some experience with small pets, including rabbits, ferrets, and aquarium animals. I am certified in Cat & Dog first aid through the Red Cross, and I have previously worked full-time at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, so I have plenty of experience with all different types of dogs. I am also comfortable administering oral and topical medications, and have limited experience with injected medications. My schedule tends to be very flexible; however, I appreciate requests made well in advance. Please be aware that on a typical day I am ONLY available in the mornings and evenings, not at midday. I have experience taking care of many anxious pets, so I always work hard to make sure that each animal is as comfortable and happy as they can be! During walks, that means sniffing if they want to sniff and running if they want to run. I do not interact with other dogs or people on walks, no matter the friendliness/reactivity level of your dog, to keep yours as safe as possible.

Milo warmed up to her faster than I’ve seen him warm up to anyone. Literally within minutes he was relaxed when she came for the meet and greet. When I became old enough I began volunterring at Wayside Waifs and did that for about 3 years where I would go and walk dogs of all different behaviors and backgrounds. I have extensive experience with cats including bottle-feeding orphaned kittens, caring for senior cats, and supporting pets with age related needs. I also have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, and I understand that each pet requires individualized care, patience, and attention. Open to hosting dogs in home and drop ins for cats. I work from home full-time, allowing me to provide frequent supervision and attention throughout the day. Work is flexible allowing for lots of love and activities. I have a large, fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor play with my dog. When not outdoors our house guest will primarily stay with me in my home office as my co-worker and side kick. With lots of breaks for tummy rubs and head scritches of course!
