I was out of the country for around two weeks and worried about my cat because she tends to be a little shy and scared of new people and typically i only know how to deal with her. Michelle was perfect !! letting my cat slowly warm up to her presence visit by visit. She would send photos every visit and that was very reassuring, she would play with my cat and feed her and cuddle with gigi. I would get photos of gigi playing, running, and cuddling which is not her norm for when she meets new people so i was very happy with that.There wasn’t a moment where I was worried about my gigi. She was so so so loving and gentle with my kitties, stayed with them all day and overnight, and gave me the comfort and reassurance I was desperately needing. When I cannot monitor them, they'll get to chill in a cozy crate or pen, with fresh water always available and a chew toy, puzzle, or snack to keep them entertained. For walks and other adventures, I will always keep your dog leashed and close to me. I love to take dogs out on excursions to parks, trails, and other such places! Of course, I will always check with you first to make sure that we don't go somewhere your dog doesn't enjoy. I have three adult dogs (all ~45lbs) and a cat in my home. The cat is dog-friendly, but also is able to be kept entirely separate from your dog if needed. My dogs are all 100% dog-friendly, have good play manners, and are also able to be neutral around/ignore other dogs when told. They are very patient with young puppies as well! And if your pup isn't one for new friends, don't worry - they can be kept totally separate on request, and your dog will still get plenty of one-on-one playtime & snuggles with me. It is 100% up to you if your pup has any interaction with other dogs (or the cat). Full separation is possible, but if you'd like your dog to make some furry friends, I am happy to safely facilitate that! All interactions between your dog and other pets will be of limited time and monitored - the dogs will never be alone together. For safety and management reasons, I cannot accept boarding bookings for dogs that are not able to be comfortable in a crate (or pen, for small dogs only). Have other questions or concerns? I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels, from Labs and small Cavachons to active Border Collies. As a primary caregiver and experienced dogsitter, I’m comfortable feeding, walking, letting dogs out, administering medications, and staying overnight in clients’ homes. I’m willing to follow each dog’s individual routine and needs. I want every dog I care for to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their family are away. My schedule gives me flexibility throughout the week to stop by, let dogs out, go for walks, feed them, and spend quality time with them. I’m also comfortable staying overnight in your home when needed. I’m happy to work with your dog’s normal routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for both your dog and your home. When I’m caring for a dog, I follow the owner’s instructions and try keeping their normal routine. I’m affectionate and playful with dogs, but I also pay attention to their personality, boundaries, and comfort level. Whether your dog wants to play, go for a walk, or just hang out on the couch, I’m there. My goal is for you to be able to leave knowing your dog is being cared for by someone who wants the best for them.
About: I love all animals as long as they have 4 legs. I will take care of your babies as you have done. I will always keep you in contact with how your babies are doing and send you pictures anytime you need them. I have a flexible available schedule. I just ask for a notice as soon as possible so that I can be available for you. I love animals I love dogs and cats. I am currently going to school which is all online this makes my schedule open. I have baby gates around my house so that if my dogs start becoming very mean towards the cats, the cats have a place to run. I always make sure to stay calm with the dogs in any situation. I personally turn music on and it's mainly calm sleepy music like Enya or sleep jazz music on YouTube.
About: Hi I’m Ellie and I’m 22 years old! Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I truly believe they are one of life’s greatest gifts. Growing up, my family had six dogs, mostly large breeds, along with a couple of smaller dogs so I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I currently have two Black Labs, ages 3 and 5, who keep me active and remind me every day how important exercise, attention, and love are for a dog’s well-being. I strive to be as flexible as possible and am happy to work with your schedule. I currently work as a server, so my weekday hours can vary, but I am often able to adjust my schedule when needed. I am available for early morning visits starting around 8:00 AM, as well as afternoon and early evening visits. If you have specific scheduling needs, feel free to reach out! I will always do my best to accommodate you and ensure your pet receives the care and attention they deserve. I am not offering pet care in my own home. However, I am available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking in my clients’ homes. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both their pets and their home with the utmost respect. I understand how important it is to maintain your pet’s normal routine, so I follow all instructions carefully regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special needs.
