About: Hi, I’m Zack! I’m a local Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. I have a small dog, two cats and a ball python! I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and pride myself on having an eye for detail and providing a safe space full of love and affection. About: I helped raise and care for dozens of dogs as a kid. My family lived on about 7 acres and we always had dogs to care for. Currently, I have a beagle who is the center of my universe. We are always out finding sniffs and socializing with people and other dogs. There are several wooded hiking trails near my apartment that he loves, and I’m sure your pup will too. I love being outside and on the move, and am happy to have your pup join me. I walk everywhere and know plenty of places for them to explore. I have a Ruffwear Hitchhiker Leash. It’s a waist worn leash with a 7mm climbing rope connected your dog to me at the hip, literally. They will be safe in my care while being able to have freedom and fun at the same time.

We had a great experience with Emily. She was very attentive, caring and sent pictures. I was pretty particular about who I trusted with Sol my French Bulldog, so finding her is a relief. Our dog seemed very happy and relaxed around her even at the very first visit. I will for sure use her again.
Michelle was so amazing, it warmed my heart to know someone was actually giving my cat love and attention as much as I would because that’s usually a pet owners biggest fear. I was out of the country for around two weeks and worried about my cat because she tends to be a little shy and scared of new people and typically i only know how to deal with her. Michelle was perfect !! letting my cat slowly warm up to her presence visit by visit. She would send photos every visit and that was very reassuring, she would play with my cat and feed her and cuddle with gigi. I would get photos of gigi playing, running, and cuddling which is not her norm for when she meets new people so i was very happy with that.There wasn’t a moment where I was worried about my gigi. Michelle is so nice and compassionate and sweet and it shows because my gigi warmed up to her, she responds to messages and updates me where i felt reassured and comfortable, I could not be happier that i found her to take care of my cat and i was honestly lucky to have her as my pet sitter.I would definitely choose her again over anyone if I ever had to leave my cat again but in general with any animal because she actually cares.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
