“Super sweet to help out super last minute as we got stuck 10 hours away. Our poor babies had pooped inside and she picked it all up so we wouldn’t come back to a total mess. She was also amazing with our GSD who can be shy/timid. We will definitely use her again!!”

“Sharon did a great job. My kitties were happy when I returned home. In the past one of them would have behavior issues, not using box, when we were out of town. Having Sharon spend an hour a day with them solved this problem.”

“Ron took great care of our dogs over a five day period during a busy holiday season. His drop-in visits occurred in the schedule we had requested, and he managed the daily walks we had asked for in addition to the regular feeding, watering, and backyard visits. With all the real-time notices of his visits, and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip. Great experience!”

“We had to go out of town last minute for a funeral and my pets loved Ava last time so I was hoping she would be available. We got lucky! She spent some quality time with them on what would otherwise be an extremely long day and I was so appreciative!”

“Monica provided great care for my cat like she always does. she provided pictures and videos of him and also gave updates as she did the drop ins. Monica administered his insulin well and with care! My cat loves her!”

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life. My husband and I currently have 3 cats and 2 dogs of our own - all rescues! We tend to gravitate towards the more challenging types, (older, behaviorally "challenged", or generally the "once you get to know them, they're really sweet" type). I've managed two different Doggy Day Care facilities: one here in KC, and another in White Plains, NY. I've also got years of experience working with dog rescue groups here in KC. Because of all this experience, there's no pet I can't handle. I'm comfortable with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and attitudes! My current full time job is 100% remote, so I'm very flexible when it comes to your pet care needs, (pop-ins or longer stays. As long as you have wifi, I'm good). From my time working in professional pet care, I'm very used to all types of situations. I free-feed my own pets, but I have no problem following your feeding/care schedules, or maintaining a medication regimen.
“Ella was SO great!! Helped me out with our dog rather last minute, and was very accommodating when we needed to add extra drop ins. She communicated well and was able to do a few quick things for us at the house too. My dog is not the biggest fan of people she doesn’t know so it was a relief to find someone that was so accommodating. Highly recommend! .”

“Jill and her daughter took such good care of our two cats! She left detailed notes about their check in, including lots of pictures. It made me feel assured that our kitties were safe and happy while we were gone.”

“This was the second time that Rachel took care of my boy while I was away, and this time it was a longer trip! She was wonderful, in playing with him, petting him, & responding promptly to my messages about him. She also threw out a dirty cat water filter for me & checked the auto feeder for me when I had some concerns about it. The other great thing was she sent through some great photos of my little boy.”

“Lori is a great dog sitter. I appreciate not only how good she is with my resident dogs but also how well she cares for the more timid foster dogs who stay with me at times. She is very trust worthy and thorough.”

About: Hi everyone. I live with my sister who has two golden retrievers, and I also have two cats. I have always loved animals and am looking for occasional jobs. I have walked a variety of dog breeds, and have housesat for several friends and neighbors. Starting in January I will be starting my school psychology practicum which will be from 7 am-3 pm, but am free in the evenings and most weekends. I am available after 3 pm on weekdays. I am also free on weekends or over holidays whenever school is out. I can be flexible, but based around our school districts calendar. I have experience with big and little dogs. I enjoy walking them, playing in the yard or at the park, as well as spending one on one time with them. I also am used to playing with more than one cat, so I am comfortable with this as well.

“Kylee was a WONDERFUL Rover sitter! She was on time based on our agreement every day, she treated my pup like her own, and sent the best pictures! I will definitely book her again! (Once Coronavirus allows me to get back to business as usual).”

“Michael was available for a last minute outing we had. He came over to feed the dog and let him out several times a day while we were gone. He was very attentive to our needs and the need of our dog. He sent updates and pictures while we were gone. I highly recommend him to others and will use him in the future.”

Grays Park cat parents share their Rover experiences
As a pet owner I was looking for a reliable cat sitter to visit my home while I was away. Lori followed all my instructions and even stayed in my home until her 30-minute visit time was over for each drop in visit! I feel comfortable using Rover to find my pet sitter when needed and allowing their pet sitters to come into my home. Lori came and did a meet and greet, asked me questions the same week I was looking for a cat sitter. She was very responsive and observed my home. She offers to bring in any packages left on the porch and my mail if needed while she cared for my cat. Lori sent me pictures of my cat the day she visited. I would use Lori again.

Sharon was the best pet sitter! When our litter box had some issues & our cats had a couple of accidents, she was so understanding & patient. She seriously went above & beyond with caring for our cats. I would recommend Sharon to anyone looking for a pet sitter. 10/10

This was our 2nd time booking with Avery, both times for a holiday away! She is amazing with our 2 cats and is so thorough and communicative, which has been such a necessity and relief for the care of our kitty boys who have anxiety and medical needs. Will rebook whenever possible!

Mr. Kenneth looked after Charlie while I was away and he was fantastic. He came ones a day, kept everything spotless, and sent me little updates and photos that honestly made my trip so much less stressful. Couldn’t ask for better – thank you! 5 stars, highly recommend.

Rabecca is awesome! I reached out to her last minute for a week of drop-in visits for my senior cat who is undergoing some health problems. Rabecca responded to all my messages quickly and was flexible with the visit times. While we were away she was punctual and sent great photos and updates. She also administered medicine to my cat without issue, and followed all my instructions for feeding her (a little more complicated than normal due to her illness). I would highly recommend Rabecca to anyone seeking a reliable, trustworthy and communicative pet sitter!
