She sent great photos and updates, communicated thoroughly, and I felt confident that the cats were well taken care of. When we met to exchange keys, she asked thorough questions and made sure she was prepared with all instructions. Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Kansas City
I'm so grateful to have found Rafaela. She does a great job looking in on my two cats when I'm out of town. She is gentle and intuitive with cats and my anxious pair interact with her easily. She's also very kind and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend her!

Repeat customer and I'll continue to be for as long as I'm in range. Rover is giving me the chance to give her another 5 star review after she so wonderfully agreed to a last minute extra week tacked on after a family emergency on my end, and I'm taking that opportunity to do so. Thank you!!!

Shelby is amazing and went above and beyond for our old kitty! She made extra time to make sure she got her meds even when our cat was putting up a protest and took the time to play and hang with her. She even watered our plants without us asking! Highly recommend and will definitely ask Shelby to sit again!

Regan did a wonderful job with the drop in visits. My dog really liked him and my shyest cat came out to see him, which I consider a good sign. Regan also made sure the feral cats had food and water as requested. Sent me photos & quick updates. I would love to hire Regan again when I go out of town.

Derek was great to work with!! Our cat Rini really liked him and he greeted her immediately when he came to our house for an introduction. He shared a few photos during his check in visits and was prompt in responding when we had questions and while setting up the visits. We will definitely ask Derek to check in with our cat in the future!

We had an excellent experience with Kara! From beginning to end, communication was prompt and meticulous. While we were away, she kept us completely at ease by sending lots of photos and detailed updates after each in-home visit. We especially appreciated how thorough she was in describing how each of our cats was doingâtheir moods, eating habits, playtime, and any little personality quirks that came up. She took the time to get to know our animals individually and cared about their comfort and routine. We would absolutely book with Kara again and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative pet sitter!

Jessica was a lifesaver! Someone had cancelled on us at the last min and we were scrambling to try and find someone to help drop in and feed/check on our cat while we were away during the holidays. Jessica found time in her very busy holiday schedule to meet up for instructions and stop by to check in on our cat while we were away. Truly a very kind person and did a great job making sure our cat was taken care of while we were away. Would absolutely recommend.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
