House Sitting in Kansas City

We were traveling for nearly two weeks and were understandably nervous about leaving our pets, but Jennifer was amazing and quickly put our minds at ease. She was responsive, communicative, and regularly sent photos and updates throughout our trip. What stood out most was that her daily updates included thoughtful observations about our pets' personalities and behavior, which made it clear she was spending quality time with them and getting to know them. It was so reassuring to know our senior dog and crazy cat were comfortable, happy, and well cared for while we were away. Jennifer also took great care of our home while we were gone, including watering our plants, which we really appreciated. We will absolutely be reaching out to Jennifer for our future pet-sitting needs, and highly recommend her to other anxious pet parents.

Kayma did a wonderful job of looking after my home and my cat! She kept me updated daily with photos, assisted with an untimely inspection that needed to be done while I was away, and I came home to a clean, tidy space, fresh sheets on the bed, and a very happy cat - he acted like I hadn’t even left him! I would absolutely recommend her if you want someone who will look after your home and pets as you would!

I was so lucky to find Brenna!! She completed an in home sit for my two dogs and left them happy and the house spotless. She was a great communicator throughout, sending photos and regular updates. Nothing was better than coming home to fresh sheets, and she even left me a delicious homemade casserole for my first day back, which was such a lifesaver so I didn’t have to prioritize grocery shopping and food prep. This was my first rover experience and Monica was so communicative with photos of Charlie during the weekend which was awesome! Had such a great experience and I know Charlie did too!

Ellen did a wonderful job. She kept us updated the whole time and played and cuddled with our kitty.

Piper was great! She was flexible with our last minute booking and our pets were well taken care of!

Mattie really seems to love our fur babies when taking care of them in our absence. We regularly received text photos and updates letting us know how they were all doing. In one picture, one of our cats was laying on Mattie's legs while our dogs were snuggled up the each side of her. Our condo lobby attendant said Mattie was super nice and great with our pets.

Charli was such an incredible sitter. She left the most adorable hand drawn portraits of my kittens and provided amazing updates the entire time. I would absolutely work with her again and look forward to it. I feel so lucky to have found her.

Regan did amazing with Koda and Kora and took such amazing care of them. We felt so at ease throughout the vacation, I would absolutely use again.

Hannah K. has cared for our three pets several times, and this most recent stay set a new standard. She is tremendous. We have three animals, and during this visit each one needed a different care routine due to injuries. Hannah handled it with total focus and confidence. Medications, special instructions, close monitoring. She stayed on top of every detail and never missed a beat. She treats each animal as an individual. You see it in how she adjusts her approach, how closely she pays attention, and how quickly our pets settle in with her. They trust her. That matters. She is also a dedicated dog walker and fits right in with our community of neighborhood pet owners. Communication is excellent. She sends thoughtful updates, shares great photos, and asks smart questions when needed. You always know what is going on, and you never have to chase her down for information. She also takes great care of the house. Everything is clean, organized, and exactly as we left it. During this stay she managed a power outage and a couple of storms without missing a step. No disruption. No stress passed on to us. She handled it calmly and kept everything running smoothly. We have used Hannah many times, and this experience confirmed it again. She is reliable, attentive, and genuinely cares about the animals in her charge. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone who wants their pets and home in capable, caring hands.

I can’t say enough good things about Kennedy! While I was in Mexico, she took such incredible care of my dogs and gave me total peace of mind the entire time. She went above and beyond—not only making sure they were happy, cared for, and loved on, but also administering their medications and kept everything on track. When feeding schedules needed to change, she adapted without hesitation and handled it all seamlessly. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and that kind of trust is priceless. I came home to calm, healthy, happy pups—which says everything. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and truly compassionate pet sitter!

Abby did a wonderful job staying with our three pups and two birds. She communicated often and sent pictures and updates. Everyone was well cared for and the house was just as we left it. Excellent and reliable caregiver!

Kodi stayed at my house for a few days watching my dogs. They do much better with someone staying with them instead of being boarded. She was great with my dogs. Very respectful and trustworthy.

Kara is awesome! She stayed with my cat while I was overseas for nearly three weeks and, for the first time ever, I returned to a content boy who acted almost like I hadn’t even been gone (usually it takes about a week for him to express his disapproval and get over my absence/return). My cat is very particular on who he likes, but from the first night he was wrapped around her neck and snuggled in as if she were me! I received plenty of photo updates and he received tons of love and snuggles and consistent meals schedules as if I were home. Kara is just the best!

Kat did a great job with our potty training and teething puppy! She sent lots of pictures and updates while we were at work all day. She did some of the training we're working on. She communicated any questions she had about our puppy and handling her mischief. She even put everything in our DogLog app for us! She's coming back later this week and we're so grateful!

Ellie is super responsive and provides lots of photos and videos throughout the day. Our dog genuinely loves her!
