Cynthia took very good care of Russ, including giving his required medication. Daily updates and photos of Russ were very much appreciated. We would definitely use her again with no hesitation. Julia

Cynthia took such good care of my pup while I was out of town! I could tell Foxy felt very comfortable with her and at her home. Foxy came home exhausted from playing in the backyard which is always a plus! I got plenty of updates to make me feel comfortable about the care and love that Foxy was getting. Foxy is a good particular girl after being in a couple abusive households before I rescued her, so it was so reassuring to know that she was in a good loving home for the weekend. Cynthia was also so responsive when I checked in with her and was gracious enough to give us a couple extra hours as we were running late on our return trip home. 10/10 recommend!

Cynthia was great with our Golden! She was great with our pup who can be a bit anxious. She sent an update every day and was flexible with us.

Cynthia took care of my dog for an entire week on our first booking. My dog is very anxious, so finding somewhere to take her is difficult. Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt as comfortable as possible. She also messaged me with updates and pictures throughout the week. We will definitely book with her again.

Schedule

I spend the majority of my time working from home so each day you can expect your pet to have most of the day accompanied! In the afternoons we like to be active and take walks as long as the weather permits.

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in a house
Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has no pets
Children 6-12 years old
Dogs not allowed on bed
Dogs not allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 0-2 hours

Safety, trust & environment

We have a fully fenced large backyard with a secured locked gate. No worries of a pet ever getting loose! The front entrance is protected by a storm door for a double barrier in case your pup has a tendency to try and escape and we have home video surveillance. I am happy to send periodic updates throughout your animals stay with details about their day and photos of what they are up to. We do have plants so please notify in advance if your dog enjoys munching on those and the plants can be moved to a room where your dog will not have access. I keep our home very clean so no worries about there ever being anything weird laying around that could harm your animal.

A typical day

A typical day always start with going in our large back yard to potty first thing followed by good morning scratches. Then I offer water and food unless your feeding schedule states otherwise. In the mid morning we play for a little and if there weather is nice we can do that in the backyard. Afternoons are for relaxing before our early evening walk around the neighborhood if your dog enjoys walks. Once dinner is prepared we follow that with a little tv and snuggles. I go to bed rather early so we will start winding down for the day by 8:30pm with quiet time. I am happy to try and mimic your typical schedule in our home and we can discuss further what your dog is used to.
