We were in town for the Chiefs home opener and needed to board our 10 lb. pup for the night. Of course we wanted her to be in good hands. Right from the start Deanna was great with Canela. She got down to her level to say hello, touching noses with her! They gave her lots of attention and let us know later that evening she was doing well. Deanna even picked her up and dropped her off at our hotel. Highly recommend!!

Pamela was an excellent choice and we will definitely book with her again. We had a unique situation that happened last minute (one of our two dogs had to be kept separate from all other dogs). Pamela took it all in stride and was able to make adjustments to accommodate our special need. She and her husband are true ‘dog people’.
