I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, and have pet-sat my families and friend’s pets over the years. I have been regularly dog sitting the past 5 years. I’m a HUGE dog lover and animal lover in general! I have a geriatric Maltipoo that I rescued in September 2020, so I have no problem caring for an older or disabled dog. I also have a Golden Retriever that has had some training to become a therapy dog, and was raised going to work with me at a nursing home. Since working at home now, she gets very excited when visitors come over! She really enjoys having her doggo friends here and is super playful and friendly! I have two son’s that absolutely love dogs and they play and love on them with me. I dog-sit outside of Rover too, so I have more references available if requested! I throughly enjoy dog sitting and I hope to get the chance to meet you and your fur baby! 🐶💕💕

Schedule
I’m a social worker and I currently work full-time from home, which is perfect! We are a family of 4- me, my husband William, and our two son’s. We have two of our own dogs- Russell & Lila. We spend a lot of time at home on the weekends but will occasionally leave to run errands and do other activities. During the spring and summer, we spend a lot of time outdoors on our deck or out in the yard playing!

I have a 4ft tall, fenced in backyard with plenty of space for your dog to run and play! I will treat your pet like it’s my own. I can take them on walks, play, and have even taken them to my son’s soccer games. I’m an avid coffee drinker and have brought dogs with me for a pup cup if their parents are ok with that! I will respect and follow the direction given to make sure your dog stays on their normal schedule. I will stay in contact with you as little or as much as you like and will send you pictures and videos of your pet! I do not have kennels nor kennel a dog unless told to do so by a pet parent. I make sure to keep the dog’s food in different areas when it comes to meal time (Lila & Grayson are not aggressive eaters and do not eat other’s food). I typically do not have more than two doggie visitors here at the same time. I do not force outside play, and I’m fine with as little or as much outside play as your dog likes! We do allow pets on the furniture. Although our dogs don’t sleep in our bed, we have had other dogs sleep with my oldest son or on our bed. Just an FYI, I do not cat-sit at my home :)
Pets
A typical day
I love animals, so there will be lots playing, walking, going on car rides, going for special treats, and whatever else your dog likes to do! We can be as active as they like. M-F I work from home, so there is some down time, but I usually have lots of company sleeping nearby :). I’m able to let your dog outside as much as they want and they still get lots of pets and love while I work! I’ve never had a dog not love our spacious and hilly backyard, and most go home worn out from all the play! If your dog prefers to rest, that’s great too, we have lots of comfy places to sleep throughout the house. Evenings usually consist of some sort of relaxation, and we have no problem having your pet cuddle up with us on the couch! We often end up with a dog on our bed by the end of the night.
