“Claire was absolutely wonderful! We needed Claire twice a day for an entire week. Our dog has been the only pet in our home for several years and she likes her alone time a lot so a Pet Hotel was not going to be a good fit for her. At the last minute I found Rover and decided to give it a try. It was super easy to look though our choices, contact which "petgivers" we liked, and then book the days and times we needed. Claire accepted our booking and even came over a couple hours later to meet Brownie, we were leaving the next day super early. Not only did Claire accept us with a last minute booking but she came to meet Brownie that night and she was super sweet and very professional. I can't say enough good things about her, so here are a few: - She was very prompt with the times we had scheduled. - She communicated with us about things, for instance the temp dropped to low 30's which we didn't plan for and had not turned on the heat, she contacted us to let us know the temp in the house was 50 degrees and asked if we wanted her to turn the heat on. - She went above and beyond our expectations. - Most importantly our Furry Family Member loved having her around. I would definitely use Claire again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to look in on their furry loved one.”

Ty was wonderful and very thoughtful. He spent a good amount of time with our cat and was always punctual. Momo, who is quite shy, actually played with him and was able to build trust with him. When we got back, the house was exactly how we had left it. He was prompt with communication and sent us pictures of our pet during each visit. We would definitely hire Ty again for future needs.
Maja helps take care of Coal during my summer vacation, she did a great job and Coal loves her very much. Every time during Maja's visit, she would take tons of pictures for Coal and write a detailed diary of what happened during the visit. She's very caring and knows how to deal with a shy cat like Coal. Coal had a great time playing with her during the visits. I would definitely recommend her for baby sitting pet babies.
Bekah watched our 16 year old cat while we were on vacation, as she has for several years now. Natalie was fantastic. We were gone for a longer trip than usual and did not want to ask our friends to come like we usually do. She was very communicative before and during the booking. We had a meet and greet before to check that our cat will be ok with her and he asked for petting from Natalie in the first 5 minutes. During our absences she diligently did all we asked, she sent pictures and reports on the tasks done and the cat’s mood. He was clearly very happy to see her each time. In the last 2 days, he had a little weird poop and she informed us right away and kept an eye on it (it was nothing). We felt we could trust her and more importantly our cat trusted her. We will book her again when we have any need. So glad we found such a gem to take care of our fur baby when we are gone. Highly recommended.
Paola was great with our cats. They have to be fed separately and with care and she was more than able to accomplish that. She was able to routinely locate our cat that likes to hide. Our skittish cat even got some pets from her! Paola always made sure to send us pictures and updates and really kept us in the loop and helped ease our minds. We knew our pets were in good hands.
