Leslie was great! The pictures of Duchess were amazing, hilarious and showed she was taking great care of her. Typically when I leave her alone and come back she is all over me because she hasn't gotten love, but she was acting normal so I can tell that Leslie was giving her tons of love!
Absolutely fantastic service provided by Natalie, she showed up each day and spent quality time, leaving awesome updates, communicating really well, plus went above and beyond what was asked of her. And one of our pets is quite finicky and she clearly had the experience required to handle him kindly and in good care. Strong 10/10. She will easily be our first choice whenever we are out of town. It is so nice to be able to head out to a vacation knowing that your pet will be well taken care of! Ellen was fabulous from the very beginning. When I sent out my initial request for drop-ins and to have a meet and greet, she responded very quickly and was timely for the meet and greet. Ellen is very passionate about animal care and it really comes through. Her schedule is so busy and I feel very lucky that Wendy and I were able to book with her.
I have booked Bryanna 6 times to take care of my cat, for stays ranging from 3 days to more than 2 weeks. The experience has continued to improve as she spends more time with my cat and understands his needs better. She is caring, and she has gone above and beyond by bringing a few toys from her home to keep my cat entertained when he gets bored with his own toys. She refreshes water, plays, refills food, gives treats, lets my cat out on the patio for fresh air, and helps with grooming. On some visits she was able to spend extra time with him, which I really appreciate. Time and punctuality: It is good to be aware, her visit window can vary based on her schedule.
Maddie is a true pro. She did drop in visits for my cat for 4 days. She is excellent at all aspects - engagement set up, pre-visitation, visit execution, all communications channels and post visit follow up. Most of all, I think she truly cared about my cat's well-being. I had zero worries while I was away. 100/100. Highly recommended
