She is so communicative and Winnie warmed up to her and came into her lap within the first drop in visit- she is timid to new people usually. About: I want to help you feel comfortable when you need someone to care for your pets while you're away. In my past few years, I frequently traveled, and know how important it is to have a great dog walker and petsitter. Someone who genuinely loves pets, is quick and responsive to directions/questions, sends picture text updates, and flexibility are all things I find important, and that is what I'll provide to you! Above all else, I will provide a safe and caring environment for your pets while you're away. I have grown up caring for family dogs all my life, and spent a few years caring for pets via Rover in the past. This is my only job, so your pet will be my full focus while they're under my care. I pride myself on being reliable and communicative, while following all directions on potty breaks, feeding time (with medication if needed), walking if requested, and supervised playtime in the backyard until it's time to rest. I give lots of love and attention, so your pet may not even notice your absence! I am happy to accommodate any other requests you may have. About me: I love to spend as much time outdoors as possible. I love walking around Indy neighborhoods so dogs will get a lot of exercise with me! Past reviews: Kara was amazing with Andy. So flexible with drop off and pick up and I really appreciated all the amazing photos she sent me during his stay. I felt very comfortable leaving him under her care. He will be back! My dog had a great time at Kara's house for doggie day care! He slept for a solid four hours in the car: true evidence of a day full of play and fun! Kara was very accommodating and sent me updates during the day. With her convenient downtown location, I'm sure I will be booking with Kara again in the future for more furry fun! I can't say enough. Kara is awesome. You know how your dog can seem weird after staying with an unknown human for a while? Well I can say that didn't happen. Huxtable was just as fun and mild as when I dropped him off. Thanks for all you do Kara. Kara took such great care of Lia! She kept us updated throughout the stay and gave Lia a lot of loving and play time outside. Lia is pooped and we're excited to have a great sitter to use in the future. This is my only job, so I have flexibility to meet your needs! Please detail your ideal schedule and any other instructions so I can meet your pet's needs. I will follow all directions you provide to me while staying in your home. Ellen was great! I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter. I've never left my kitty PJ alone this long before. When I first contacted Ellen, she immediately offered to come for a meet&greet and go over information, before I even committed to booking. This was very comforting to me. Ellen did her best to accommodate my PJ, even though he does not warm up to strangers quickly. She did not push his boundaries or spook him even further.
