I can't say enough good things about her, so here are a few: - She was very prompt with the times we had scheduled. - She communicated with us about things, for instance the temp dropped to low 30's which we didn't plan for and had not turned on the heat, she contacted us to let us know the temp in the house was 50 degrees and asked if we wanted her to turn the heat on. - She went above and beyond our expectations. - Most importantly our Furry Family Member loved having her around. I would definitely use Claire again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to look in on their furry loved one.”

Stacey is phenomenal — incredibly professional and full of love and care. We did a meet and greet, and the questions she asked clearly indicated to me that my pets would be in great hands while I was away. She provided thorough updates and photos. She managed my cat Genevieve having some litterbox protests with grace and understanding. She created fun playtime with my two dogs and their toys as well as going “fishing” for the kitty cat, G’s favorite form of play. All went so well, and I had such peace of mind. I highly recommend Stacey!
Ty was wonderful and very thoughtful. He spent a good amount of time with our cat and was always punctual. Momo, who is quite shy, actually played with him and was able to build trust with him. When we got back, the house was exactly how we had left it. He was prompt with communication and sent us pictures of our pet during each visit. We would definitely hire Ty again for future needs.
Bekah watched our 16 year old cat while we were on vacation, as she has for several years now. She visited him every day and refreshed his water and food, and cleaned his box, sending me pics of him to let me know he was doing fine. I truly thinks she loves our big buddy and takes very good care of him.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
