“Repeat visit. Patrick is great. Will definitely be using him again. He is so good with our pup, sends pictures during the visit and he leaves a nice note at the end. Class act.”

“Thanks to Robin, we can leave our pets in great care while we’re not able to be home! She does wonderful work with them and is flexible. We definitely appreciate it!”

“Gwen was perfect!!!! Will definitely ask for her again. Very caring and compassionate for my little dog I wasn’t worried for a second knowing Gwen was caring for her. It made my vacation so much less stressful.”

“Ellen was a great sitter and very accommodating, she even came on Christmas eve during the very harsh weather, which I’m thankful for. Thanks Ellen for taking care of the cats!”

“Brittany was amazing and Indy loved seeing her pull up to take her on walks. It was very helpful that she came over the day before to get acquainted with Indy and learn her eating routine. She was very communicative and sent pictures from each visit, which I adored. One of the days resulted in a shorter walk (bad weather), but she still took the time to hangout with my girl and keep her entertained. I will absolutely book Brittany again when I’m headed out of town!”

“Monica and Gemma took to each other right away! Monica is great about communicating with us. We are new to Rover and leaving our girl home alone. Monica has gone above and beyond all expectations already. Gemma seems to love her visits and I can tell she is being taken great care of.”

“My cat, Raven, is a senior girl who is slowing down. Wendy took great care of her which gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. Raven greeted me with a purr when I got home. Thanks for taking such good care of Raven! 😻”

“Samantha was able to take care of my dogs last minute and she did an AMAZING job. She sent detailed updates and lots of pictures and they seemed so happy! Will definitely be booking her again in the future and highly recommend to others!”

“Elle was proactive in getting to know my bullmastiffs prior to our departure. She was mindful of their needs and checked- in when there was a question whether my dog needed medication. Great first time experience!”
“Allyson was an absolute lifesaver! When my regular sitter was on vacation, she stepped in and took amazing care of my YorkiePoo for 6 days. She came twice daily to walk and play with him, which was such a relief while I was working remotely. From the very first Meet & Greet, my pup was smitten—tail wagging nonstop and showering her with kisses! It’s clear she has a wonderful way with dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better backup sitter and would highly recommend her to anyone!”

About: Animals have always held a huge place in my heart! Since going to school in veterinary medicine, I’m experienced in caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I love spending time with fur babies and giving owners peace of mind knowing they’re cared for. Extra Skills:: • Administering Oral Medications • Working with Senior Animals • Nail Trims (Dogs and Cats) • Anal Gland Expression (Dogs only) I’m currently working part time so I have flexibility! My goal is to have clients I develop a good relationship with. My top priority is that owners trust me and so do their fur babies! I feel it’s very important to give clients the peace of mind that their pet is going to get the care and attention they need! Exercise and enrichment is very important for pets and I enjoy being the one to give it to them.
“Katie was an INCREDIBLE cat-sitter for my sweet girl Stevie! She always kept me well updated with how each visit went and I felt peace of mind knowing Stevie was in good hands. She was adaptable and patient when there was a hiccup with my apartment building and she was always consistently extremely kind and communicative. Would highly recommend Katie to anyone!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was ten from a little beagle puppy to a Great Dane! No breed/dog is too big of a task for me. I love cats and have house sat countless times for both cats and dogs. I can’t wait to care for your furry friend! I am currently working part-time and have various times available. I update my schedule as often as possible. I live in West Indy and work downtown so most locations work well for me. Given patience and attention is the utmost importance in gaining trust with an animal. Understanding their body language and discerning their boundaries then respecting those boundaries is key to keeping a safe environment for your animal.
“Shea took the time to play with my usually scared and shy kitty so that my kitty came out and socialized with her every visit. I was much relieved knowing my Chloe was being loved and we'll cared for.”

Robin was amazing with Misty! She was reliable, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable while we were away. Most importantly, Misty was comfortable with her, which means a lot to us. We loved the updates and photos, and it was clear she was well cared for. We will absolutely book Robin again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cannot recommend Samantha enough! For 1st time Rover users, we are SO appreciative of the care and loving she gave our kiddos! Book Sam if you want someone who is detail orientated, a quick communicator, reliable and willing to problem solve. Her thorough written check-ins and plenty of daily photos helped us feel at ease with leaving our pets at home knowing they had someone to care for and play with them! We hope to use Sam in the future 🤩

Lexus was absolutely fantastic with our cats! She kept our social cat entertained during her visits and engaged as much as possible with our shy cat too. She sent us lots of photos, so we felt better knowing our cats were happy while we were away! It’s great coming back to full food bowls, clean water bowls and clean litter boxes after a weekend away. We’ll definitely rebook next time we go out of town. Thank you, Lexus!!!

Brittany cared for my four cats while I was out of town for work, even last minute some days, and was SO accommodating! She not only took care of my boys, she also checked on my house while I was gone too. They fell in love with her and would leave her toys at the door everytime she came over ❤️ I would recommend Brittany for anyone needing their fur babies taken care of! She learned all their personalities, shared stories and pictures with me, and made me feel comfortable being away. 10/10!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
