About: I absolutely adore animals! Growing up, my childhood best friend had 6 dogs and a cat which meant I did too. This quickly taught me responsibility, compassion, and awareness. About: I’ve helped family members take care of dogs by walking and bathing when needed. I’ve always loved being around dogs all my life as I grew up around them and worked in pet stores since 2022. I am currently working full time but the earliest i can stop by is 8 am and the latest being 9:30 at night if needed. I am comfortable with working with any restrictions required by owner, even if it means crating the animal, or any dieting the animal may have. About: I have had dogs and cats all of my life and my dogs have all lived very long and healthy lives. I’ve adopted them and taken in strays, including one that was pregnant and then had 8 very healthy puppies which we cared for, weaned and found permanent homes for. Several of my dogs have lived very long senior lives (21!) and I can give medications and special diets. I’ve also transported many dogs, large and small, to the vet. I take my dogs to the dog parks on a regular basis and have taken them on long trips too. I am available to dog walk and also watch them in fenced-in yards for potty breaks and play. I produced several “Pet Care" series for HGTV, DIY Network and TNN, including dog care segments with Dr. Craig Prior, owner of Murphy Road Animal Hospital and a very popular and well-known Nashville veterinarian, who was also my personal vet for many years. I’m retired so I’m available all days and times. And I love taking photos and videos of pets and would be able to share updates for clients. I am currently retired and am available all days and times. I do volunteering on a regular basis but can adjust that schedule as needed. I also do freelance Marketing and Development including grant writing for nonprofits, on my own time schedule. I have a fenced-in back hyard for my own dogs but also take them on walks and to the dog park. So I would be able to walk dogs as needed. I also know about safety in a home, including keeping food, liquids, cleaners and materials away from pets. My own Beagle can get ninto things easily so I always put things up. My dogs do not use crates but I know how to crate dogs too.

About: I am an experienced dog/cat sitter. I've worked with plenty of animals of all sizes. Shy or nervous animals are no problem! I have done some volunteering at both shelters and veterinary offices and am able to do some medical care if needed. I love all animals big or small with most temperaments. About: I have taken care of many different types of animals since a young child, including cats, dogs, reptiles and fish. It is my responsibility as a pet owner to ensure that the pets environment is suitable, and that I educate myself to provide them the best life that I can. I have a part-time job currently working in retail. I typically work about 25 to 30 hours a week however, my shifts are pretty short usually 5 to 6 hours max so with that being said, I’d like to use as much of my free time outside of work, taking care and sitting for pet owners. With my three cats, two lizards and many fish, I wake up every morning to my cats at my bedroom door asking to be fed, so that’s usually how I start off with pet care for the day. Then I move onto my tanks containing my reptiles and fish. The responsibilities there include turning on their tank lights and checking if they need water and/or food. Occasionally, one of my geckos will allow me to handle her so I might take her out out of the tank for a few minutes if I have time but other than that, I just ensure to keep a close eye on them and check on their needs constantly.
