About: For my fifth birthday, I got my first cat and have been an animal lover ever since. My husband, our kids, and I have had quite a few animals over the years and truly enjoy taking care of dogs and teaching them new things. They teach us a lot of things as well. Two of my favorite activities are taking a long walk or run with my dog (even better with another doggy friend) and then snuggling up on the couch to watch a movie with them. Rover is now my full-time job! Thanks to wonderful pet owners like you, I can now stay and play with your pups while you're away. As an early riser, I have plenty of time for long, energetic walks in the morning, afternoon, and again after dinner. Of course, we can also go for meandering sniffs around the neighborhood, if that is a better pace for our doggy friends tagging along. I have 4 kids, a fenced in yard, a playful dog, and an aloof cat to keep your furry friend company. If your pup is normally kenneled, please bring it. I only kennel pups who have been trained, and only when we leave and sleep.
About: What sets me apart as a dog sitter is my combination of specialized skills extensive experience and passion for Animal Care! Some of the key factors highlighting my unique capabilities include puppy training, senior pet care, personalized attention, and putting Safety First, all of which have been enhanced with taking care of my own 2 cavapoo puppies, Duchess and Coco. I currently a full-time graduate student obtaining my Master's of Public Policy. Even with this school schedule, I am able to have flexibility on the weekends and early afternoons till the evening during the week. Caring for pets, whether in my own home or a client's home, is a rewarding and fulfilling experience that requires plenty of attention of detail, compassion, and a bit of enthusiasm! Understanding a pet's unique needs based on their species, breed, age, and personality can reduce anxiety for the pet and pet owner while they are away. Creating a safe, happy, and pleasant environment is paramount when caring for pets. This includes securing hazardous items, like cleaning supplies or small objects they could swallow.
“Stephanie did a great job taking care of Carl. She even took him out in the pouring rain. I would definitely recommend her to any pet owner. She was very attentive and communicated well. Thanks Stephanie!”
About: I’ve cared for puppies and dogs since I was 10 for neighbors and friends, as well as my own childhood dog. I love it as much as they do. :) I work during the week but I have ample time on evenings and weekends to play with the great pups in the area. I love being active outdoors and bringing a furry friend sounds like a great way to spend my time. I have a small space and will not be boarding animals. When I am in a client’s home I respect their space and understand that it is the animals home as well and behave respectfully.

About: Animals are so near and dear to my heart. I personally think we as humans don’t deserve the genuine kindness and love of animals but we can try our best! I have had my two current cats Jack and Mosie for 8 years and consider them as extension to family. Our elderly dog Sachi passed away two years ago. I have had a variety of pets throughout my life: turtles, fish, hamsters, Guinea pigs, chickens, rabbits and birds. I am very patient and enjoy going for long walks and providing endless cuddles and play. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have a very flexible schedule to be able to play and meet all your pet’s needs with potty break, play time and cuddles! I’m available anytime from 7am-11pm. (7:00-23:00). Caring for animals is more than a job for me; it's a passion. With five years of experience providing pet sitting and walking services, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I prioritize their comfort, happiness, and a consistent routine. I am very reliable and have never cancelled on a sit/walk when I worked through Wag or Rover. I will take great care of your pets as they were my own. I enjoy the work I do and time I get to spend with animals. I love getting to meet new furry friends to pet and care for. I have a college degree and always keep emergency contact information readily available. I communicate immediately with you about any concerns and am happy to send you photos to keep you connected. My responsible and punctual nature ensures quick thinking in any situation. I find joy in witnessing their unique personalities and ensuring they feel loved. I would love to offer you peace of mind while caring for your furry, feathered, or scaled family members.
“Kirby has been a long time walker of my two pups and she always makes sure they are well taken care of! She also gives good ideas because she has dogs of her own. Your dogs are in good hands with her.”

About: I recently adopted a new best friend, her name is Betty and she is a 4 year old boxer mix. We are still setting boundaries and learning what living together looks like. She was surrendered at a local shelter and they advised she did well with other dogs during play groups, but I haven't had a chance to test her with other dogs yet. I have almost always had animals in my life and home. Two years ago I lost my deaf boxer who was my best friend for over 11 years. Along with her I had another dog and 2 cats so I am used to a full house of animals. I also worked at a humane society for almost 3 years, leading the cleaning, feeding, dog training, as well as overseeing the matching and adoption process and am comfortable with giving medications. I work full time, three days in the office, and two days at home so am primarily available Fridays through Sundays. Depending on the animal's needs if they are fine being alone for 8 hours a day I am open to other days. I have always and will continue to always only take dogs out on a leash as my yard is not fenced. I am always very aware of my surroundings to make sure myself and animals are safe.

“Chantel is incredibly reliable, such a sweetheart, and so good with my babies! I have 2 chihuahuas who are sometimes anxious and they fell in love with her right away. Highly recommend!”

About: Hey I’m Sarah. I love animals and what their presence brings. In the past I worked at a dog daycare with several breeds of dogs, all shapes and sizes. I’m also on Wag with over 400 pet care services to date. I have a 2 cats at home, Pepper and Cookie Monster so for owners who have cats, no need to worry! I am a fulltime traveling music professional, but I also enjoy spending time with animals to help me be more physically active, and I believe that the way animals view the world can be beneficial and healing. I'm hoping I can apply their perspective to my writing. I'm looking forward to meeting your fur baby! I like to go on walks with dogs throughout various hours of the day from early morning to early evening when I’m not touring. I also can do drop ins and check on them for potty breaks and play! Overnights and sittings are also an option for those who are out of town. My schedule tends to be more free during the week, but sometimes I also do sittings. Open to holidays in normal days of fun with the fur babies! I try to approach new fur friends with a low calm tone of voice, a friendly demeanor, with mutual respect as I would treat any human. I see them as any other living thing on the planet that deserves equal kind treatment.

About: I have several years of experience with boarding dogs as well as taking care of my pup Duchess for years before she passed. All Special diets will be taken care of to the letter, and providing a set schedule for any pet is key and something I strive to maintain. It isn't just about watching your dog; it's also about fully engaging with the pup to ensure they are comfortable in a new space while maintaining the consistency of their at-home schedule. My special skills include being a belly rub specialist, proficient in long walks, and a tug of war master. I've loved and taken care of animals since birth, and if your pet will have me, I would love to care for them as well. I am currently working from home, and so rarely away from the house. My family loves going for walks and playing in the park. We also spend lots of time in the backyard! I have a large fenced yard, and I am currently working on teaching my son about respecting animals and responsibility.
