About: Since I was a child, I’ve been around many different kinds of pets. I grew up with great danes in the house, as well as multiple cats and other small rodents. Now my family owns a very happy doodle named Griffon. I grew up watching my family’s dogs as well as other dogs and cats in my neighborhood. Currently I live in Nashville with my 6 year old beagle named Emmy. I love all kinds of animals and would love to meet your furbaby! I’m currently taking care of the home full time so I can be as attentive as needed with your pet! I normally walk Emmy three times a day, making sure at least one walk is a long walk through a park so she gets a lot of good smells and mental stimulation. Since I live in an apartment downtown, I try to take my dog out as much as possible so she doesn’t feel like she’s stuck inside all day. For this reason I don’t do overnight stays at my apartment, but I would be more than willing to house sit for someone’s animal. I always make sure the pet in the home is adequately taken care of to their energy level, I used to take my families dog on runs with me if he seemed bored.
About: I have lived with and cared for pets since I was 5 years old. I grew up with 3 dogs and have had my own cat for 5 years now! I truly love animals and nothing brings me more joy than seeing that an animal is safe, loved, and getting the care that they need. Whether your pet is small or large, young or old, I can’t wait to make their day brighter and your life easier! I work from home part time and have a pretty flexible schedule. I can make most visits work, even with last minute notice! Late mornings to early evenings preferred, but I can be flexible. I will always be respectful of your things and leave your home just as I found it! I have experience with senior dogs and am comfortable administering medicine if need be.
About: I have a large range of availability. Although I am a newer at dog sitting/walking professionally, I have been raised around cats and dogs my entire life and assisted in taking care of them. Whether that be long walks or play time, I am kind and gentle around all animals. I am responsible, and willing to accommodate to any needs your pet has. In addition to my dog, I’ve always enjoyed watching friends’ pets when they’re traveling, but now that I don’t have any pets in my own house, figured I would look beyond my friends for some opportunities. I can’t recommend Jessica enough!! This was our first time using Rover and one of the first times we had to leave our 6 month old puppy home while we went on a trip. She did an amazing job! -She did a meet and greet with our dog even before we booked (and it was within a days notice!) -Great communication about our puppy’s needs and their sessions. She responded quickly. -She sent really thoughtful notes and communication. Her pictures were also SO cute. -She asked questions that demonstrated she clearly had experience with dogs and also cared about the well-being of our puppy (for example asking about heat precautions given a dog weather advisory). Overall, Jessica is incredible. She put me at ease and our puppy LOVED her and was clearly very happy. You will not regret working with her!
