A pet’s best friend!
I have grown up with dogs all of my life anywhere from a German Shepard to a Dachshund. I understand the importance of trusting and depending on those who care for your loved ones (because dogs are a part of the family too). I love long walks around the neighborhood and ensuring each dog is cared for specifically tailored to their needs and owners preference. Would love a dog of my own however living vicariously through my clients and supporting them in their care of their animals is the next best thing! Flexible on the weekends and mornings/evenings during the week. Caring for animals is just as much a stress reliever for me as it is for them and their owners. Can’t wait to help!

Alex has been so dependable & flexible with letting my puppy, Heidi, out! I really appreciate the photos that she always sends and feel at ease knowing that Heidi is getting amazing care while I’m gone.
Alexandra was amazing with Ruby! They were quick friends and she did such a great job keeping Ruby’s schedule in tact and sending updates everyday. She left my home just as she found it and even stripped the sheets and got the mail. Would definitely use again!

Alex is a committed, dog Mom who treats her guy as if he were her own child. Her consideration and care of all animals is a testament to her character and kindness. I have known Alex Sommer all of her life and have seen her become a mature and caring individual as she has grown. She was raised in a pet household. As a teenager she baby sat and dog sat in her community. She waited until her adult life to get a dog recognizing the importance of having time to take care of a pet. Alex has grown in confidence and experience managing the care of her own English Bulldog, Rhino. She loves her dog and takes him for walks and excursions, bathes him, sees that he gets his annual checkup and administers the medications he needs. She has provided care for my dogs and cats over the years and has done an exceptional job. She is trustworthy and dependable. I would highly recommend her for caring for your pets.
Alex is the best! She’s truly a dog lover and can handle more difficult dogs to walk too. Her ability to get to know the dogs quickly was amazing and they trust her. She’s reliable and flexible which is great for my needs with a somewhat unpredictable work schedule. I know I can count on her! And her eye for photos makes update feel special. Some of my fave pics are ones taken by her!
