Experienced Dog & Cat Sitter
Since I was a child, I’ve been around many different kinds of pets. I grew up with great danes in the house, as well as multiple cats and other small rodents. Now my family owns a very happy doodle named Griffon. I grew up watching my family’s dogs as well as other dogs and cats in my neighborhood. Currently I live in Nashville with my 6 year old beagle named Emmy. I love all kinds of animals and would love to meet your furbaby!

Since I live in an apartment downtown, I try to take my dog out as much as possible so she doesn’t feel like she’s stuck inside all day. For this reason I don’t do overnight stays at my apartment, but I would be more than willing to house sit for someone’s animal. I always make sure the pet in the home is adequately taken care of to their energy level, I used to take my families dog on runs with me if he seemed bored.

Mira is WONDERFUL with my pets and I’m sure she will be with yours! I have 3 cats and 1 dog that she has helped me with over the last 6 years. She’s very knowledgeable about dogs (big and small) in regards to feeding, potty, and walking schedules or necessities. She’s ensured my cats have clean litter, food and water as well. Additionally, she will play with the cats and dog in spare time. She has stayed overnight with my pets before and felt very comfortable with it. My dog has separation anxiety so it’s important I have someone with her during the night so she doesn’t get too anxious. Overall, definitely get to know more about Mira if you’re needing help with your furry friends!
I am Mira's fiancé, so I am surely biased--but I knew within moments of meeting Mira that I could trust her to watch my (and now our) dog, Emerald. Mira wears her heart on her sleeve, and you will be hard-pressed to find someone who cares for animals as much as she does. (More than once, for example, Mira has prohibited me from killing a bug, which instead had to be gently escorted out the door.) Mira will take excellent care of your dog, and she will shower him or her with love.

Schedule
I’m currently taking care of the home full time so I can be as attentive as needed with your pet! I normally walk Emmy three times a day, making sure at least one walk is a long walk through a park so she gets a lot of good smells and mental stimulation.

- Let me know if your dog has any special accommodations! I love to run, normally 3 miles, so if you have a high energy dog I would love to take them with me! My dog is a little too lazy for that lol. I also have experience giving dogs and cats oral and injected medications if needed.
