As a short term rental property owner, I’m familiar with logistical communication when accessing homes and highly respectful of personal property. I can also physically handle any dog’s size and energy while remaining calm and safe especially in public areas.

A typical day for me revolves around food and my black lab, Koa. First thing in the morning, we’re walking. Most days I’m making breakfast, lunch and dinner for the family, so that’s an active pastime. Otherwise it’s out with Koa again or catching up on any given streaming series.

I’ve take care of all sorts of dogs for a majority of my life! Currently my wife and I have one, 80lb black lab that we rescued back in 2020. Been in Nashville for five years and familiar and have walked dogs all over the city. Happy to take your furry friend out safety in any area. Fun fact, I’m also a local super-host on Airbnb, so I’m highly sensitive and respectful when it comes to home access and property.
