“Amanda did SUCH a good job with our dogs! I can tell by the pictures that McKenzie had a blast during her mid day potty breaks! I will definitely be using Amanda again in the future.”
“Anita is a true blessing to our family. I felt completely comfortable from the moment we met. She came for a pre visit for introductions and instructions. We chatted for a while. My elderly Mother lives in a separate Mom Suite in our basement so it was important for me to find someone trustworthy and caring. Anita went above and beyond our cat sitting needs. She came for 4 visits to feed and scoop for my two indoor cats. She checked the mail and visited with my Mom and watered the plants. She took pictures of my cat and sent to me and we chatted on the phone. I will definitely be asking for Anita’s pet sitting services again. Many thanks.”

About: To me, pet sitting isn't just a job—it’s about providing a safe, loving home away from home where your animals feel completely cherished. I have 10 years of deep experience caring for all kinds of unique pets, from small hamsters, rabbits, and jumping spiders, to large breeds like Cane Corsos and German Shepherds. I am entirely comfortable and confident managing big dogs, understanding their strength, and giving them the gentle, structured guidance they need. Whether your fur baby needs a long walk, a specialized routine, or just extra patience and cuddles, I treat every single animal with the same love, respect, and devotion I would show my own I work part-time in security and get to choose my own schedule. Because my days are so flexible, I’m entirely available for any special requirements or extra care your pet might need I pride myself on creating a safe, calm, and trustworthy environment for animals. I have personal experience caring for a wide variety of pets—from traditional cats and dogs to small animals like rabbits and hamsters—meaning I understand how to respect their individual boundaries, handle specific enclosure requirements, and ensure a secure, hazard-free space.
About: Hi! I’m a local mom living on a mini farm in Goodlettsville with my husband, son, two dogs, and ten chickens. Animals have always been a huge part of our lives, and we spend most of our days outside exploring, playing, and staying active. My son absolutely loves animals and is a wonderful little helper. He accompanies me about 90% of the time, so if your dog or cat prefers a child-free environment or isn’t comfortable around kids, please let me know and we can discuss whether we’re a good fit. We love getting out and doing fun activities, whether that’s neighborhood walks, playing in the yard, walking to coffee, or even taking your pup on an adventure to a dog park (with your permission, of course!). If your pet prefers a slower pace, we’re equally happy to provide snuggles, backyard or indoor playtime, and companionship at home. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I’ll treat your dog or cat like one of our own—with plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and updates while you’re away. We have a sweet newborn baby so I’m home 24/7 to be with your pup giving treats and snuggles and making sure all their needs are met. We have a fenced in front yard waiting for your pup to explore! We also have two friendly dogs for your pup to play with!
“As always, I am so grateful for Sarah! She has taken great care of my cats since the first booking many months ago. She sends thoughtful daily reports and pictures. I’m glad we found her🤗”

“She took such good care of my kitty, champagne, super last minute and managed to squeeze me in during a busy holiday. Grateful for her services and I will use her in the future.”

About: As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you trust. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, and small pets, and I'm comfortable with both large and small breeds. My own senior dog receives daily oral medication, so I'm confident administering oral medications when needed. I treat every pet like they're part of my family and focus on providing a safe, loving, and stress-free environment with plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and cuddles. While I have not had experience on a formal app like this, I have been caring for family/ friends pets for years. Pet care is already a part of my everyday routine. I work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and my job is only five minutes from home, so I'm able to come home during my lunch break for potty breaks, walks, feeding, and quality time. Before and after work, I make sure pets get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. My evenings and weekends are much more flexible, allowing me to spend even more time caring for your pet. I understand how important routine is, and I'll do my best to keep your pet's schedule as close to normal as possible while you're away. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I share my home with my friendly senior dog, Major, and my cat, Biscuit. Both are well-socialized, gentle, and have done well with other animals I've cared for in the past. I live in an apartment with plenty of walking areas nearby, including dog parks where I regularly take my own dog. My home has hard flooring, so accidents are easy to clean up, and I have plenty of toys to keep pets entertained. I also have a home camera so I can monitor pets whenever I'm away. I'm comfortable caring for puppies, kittens, senior pets, and administering oral medications. If needed, I'm also able to transport pets safely to appointments or in case of an emergency. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, I'll follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home.

I offer a nice safe/space for your pets. I have a fully fenced backyard (it has a pool) with space to roam. My home offers 3 levels, so I can accommodate any need to keep Pets separated if need be, and have two crates if needed. I’m comfortable offering medication to your pets if not too complex. I am a stay at home mom to three kiddos who are now all in school during the day which has left my schedule pretty open! My husband and I tag-team our nightly routines making my availably flexible most of the time to care for your pets. I treat my own pets like family members and they have a key role in our own family. This is how I plan to treat your pets, and offer them loving care, kindness, and patience.

About: - I DO NOT TAKE DOGS THAT ARENT HOUSE TRAINED - I DO NOT TAKE DOGS OVER 10 YEARS OLD I have owned animals from dogs/cats to reptiles and birds. Doing this to hang out with animals without getting my own as I travel for work right now. Message me to negotiate price, very negotiable. I mostly work from home but do go into the office every now and then. When I am caring for an animal in my home I will not be going into the office unless totally needed, my entire schedule can be devoted to your pet. I like to try and make pets feel comfortable, I know their owner leaving can be stressful and I want to try and mitigate that. I am not the type to feed them and run, I will be spending significant amounts of time with your pet whether that’s in my home or yours.

About: Hello! I would love to take care of your dog while you are away! We now have a sweet cavapoo so your dog needs to be friendly to other dogs. I am home all the time so your dog will receive plenty of love and attention. In order to provide individualized attention I will only house sit one dog at a time. I can take your dog for walks or they can stay home, whatever you prefer. Your dog will be treated like family in my home. I will just need detailed instructions on how to better care for them. I look forward meeting you and your sweet little pet. We are usually home all the time. My husband works from home, so someone will be with your dog at all times except rare exceptions. We have a fenced yard and your dog will always be supervised. We also put gates on the front porch when a dog is visiting to avoid runaways. We have a friendly small Cavapoo so your dogs needs to get along with other dogs.
“Madison was such a blessing for me and my cats! My family took a last minute trip over Christmas. I have crippling anxiety when it comes to my pets and it’s very hard for me to leave them. Madison was not only a skilled pet sitter, but she was also flexible and always quickly responded to me. She’s so kind and sweet and all 4 of my cats loved her! Even my senior cat who likes a grand total of 3 people warmed up to her by the end of the week. 10/10 would recommend Madison and we will certainly be having her back in the future!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Goodlettsville
Honey has taken care of our cat and dog several times now, and she has easily become our favorite sitter. We always try to book her first whenever we need someone because we know our pets are in such wonderful hands. She is truly fantastic with both animals. Our dog is usually very reserved, but he has really come to love Honey and feels comfortable around her, which is rare. Our cat is much easier to please, but loves her too. Honey doesn’t just feed them and leave — she plays with them, gives them lots of love and attention, and really goes the extra mile to make sure they’re happy and comfortable while we’re away. We feel completely at ease knowing Honey is caring for them. She’s reliable, trustworthy, and clearly loves what she does. If you’re looking for a pet sitter who treats your animals like her own, look no further. We can’t recommend Honey highly enough!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
