About: I have 2 big dogs of my own as well as a cat. I’ve taken care of all of them since they were little puppies and kitties. One of my dogs is medicated and I’m happy to assist you with medications if needed. I have past experience walking/ looking after my neighbors, family’s and friends dogs and cats. I am currently a student so during the summer I am completely free. I prefer Monday- Friday but am happy to help on weekends. I don’t have a problem with early mornings or late nights. Whatever is convenient to you! I have an electric fence to conceal my two dogs. Although we have this, I never leave them outside without my eyesight on them. I try to keep my eye on them as much as possible to avoid anything that could go wrong/ prevent harm to your home.
“Larissa is fantastic! With 4 dogs and a cat my house is a lot for anyone. I’ll definitely be using her again! Especially for my reptiles it’s so hard to find someone comfortable with them.”

“Amanda has been my dog walker for over a year and she does a phenomenal job. My pup has days where he doesn’t want to eat and she would always work with him to make sure he ate. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their dog walker!”

“Anna did a great job looking after out kitties while we were away on vacation. She was very responsive whenever I messaged her as well. We will definitely use her again in the future.”

“Erin was so sweet and attentive sitting our cat. He requires medication mixed into his dinner and she has gone above and beyond to make sure he was getting his medicine down. She also gave him so much love and attention while we were out of town. Many thanks Erin!”

“Sarah did a great job following my many instructions and my older cat isn’t so easy with her new illness issues. She got her pill in her each day and my little one warmed up to her after only one visit. She also watered my plants and brought in packages that we didn’t remember to tell her about.”
“Claire is wonderful- was a life saver for Beatrice! Had a walker suddenly quit on me short notice - sent Claire a request on a Sunday and she was at my house for meet and greet the same day. I work so much and it is a relief that my Beatrice is cared for and it is truly sincere as she is a fur mom too!”
“Laura and her daughter were amazing with my kitties! I could not recommend them enough. Thank you so much for loving on them and being thorough in the time card!! ❤️”

“Tiffany went above and beyond for our 2 kitties! This was our first time using Rover, being new to the area and away from family. Tiffany was very communicative and sent plenty of photos. We will definitely re-book next time we go out of town!”

“Jennifer is THE BEST!!!!! She communicated well, she took lots of pictures, and the best of all, she loved on my fur babies so much!!! I usually get super nervous and worried about leaving my pups behind, but this time I didn’t because I knew they were in good hands. I feel like I finally found the great dog sitter for us and I will definitely be asking Jennifer again if we ever have to go somewhere!!”

“Cassie was incredibly responsive, helpful, and communicative. On top of that, our kitty loved her, and she took great pictures that helped us feel connected while we were away.”

About: Hello! I would love to take care of your dog while you are away! We now have a sweet cavapoo so your dog needs to be friendly to other dogs. I am home all the time so your dog will receive plenty of love and attention. In order to provide individualized attention I will only house sit one dog at a time. I can take your dog for walks or they can stay home, whatever you prefer. Your dog will be treated like family in my home. My family always had small dogs so I will only house sit little guys that are good and gentle to children and our puppy. We have had experience with senior dogs and dogs that required medication. I will just need detailed instructions on how to better care for them. I look forward meeting you and your sweet little pet. We are usually home all the time. My husband works from home, so someone will be with your dog at all times except rare exceptions. We have a fenced yard and your dog will always be supervised. We also put gates on the front porch when a dog is visiting to avoid runaways. We have a friendly small Cavapoo so your dogs needs to get along with other dogs.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Hendersonville
Jennifer is amazing!! Really goes above and beyond. My cats loved her so much that they didn’t really care when I came back from my trip lol. She even took the trash out for me which was so nice. She is very thoughtful and sent me pictures of the cats as well.

I don't want to leave a review because I don't want to share this absolute gem of a human with anyone else! (Just kidding, give her all of your business)! Tracy has watched our crew (1 old dog, 2 old cats, and four kittens) several times and every time has been a pet owners dream. She's worked with our schedule and offered creative solutions for times where our calendars didn't quite line up as needed. I can tell she gets to know our pets by the detailed summaries/report cards she leaves (often with funny stories and sometimes gently letting me know of bad behaviors). She's an amazing photographer and I'm often flipping through the photos she sends to show business associates, friends, and family when I'm away from our fur babies). She goes above and beyond. We always come home to a clean house and happy, well cared for pets. Our pets love her, and I can't really give a better review. 🐾

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
