“Brynn did a wonderful job keeping our 16 year old Maize comfortable while we were out of town. Brynn shared some great photos keeping us informed. One would make a great Christmas card. Thank you again Brynn. Merry Christmas!”

“Dianne was great with my dog Tahoe! She was always super responsive and sending regular updates or photos of him. I could tell Tahoe felt very at home and safe with her which was a huge relief to me while I was away for the week! Would absolutely reach out to Dianne again the next time Tahoe needs a sitter!”

“Kelly did amazing. Our pup is super shy and is terrified of strangers, but he warmed up to her and her children better than anyone else he has stayed with. Kelly asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood his needs ahead of time and sent me updates and photos regularly. We will be booking with her again in the future!”

“Great loving atmosphere for our young dog. He was well loved and we felt so happy he could be with this sweet family in a loving home environment where he obviously got lots of cuddle time. I would be glad to book with Patti and again!”

“Cyndie was the PERFECT match for my Farrah Grace. She sent pictures and updates at the most prefect times. We will ALWAYS be using Cyndie for future pet sitting.”

“Hannah and Ryan were so pleasant to book with. They watched Maya and Toby for a night and we instantly felt comfortable with them. Maya required additional care and Hannah went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Highly recommend booking with them. Thanks again 🙏🏼”

About: I’m a dependable dog lover who provides a safe, clean, and loving home away from home. I share my home with a friendly Toy Poodle and a well-socialized Doberman, so your pup can enjoy companionship—or, if you prefer, I can keep them separate for a more personalized stay. Whether your dog loves to play or prefers a calm environment, I’ll treat them like family and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages while you’re away. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities. 🐶💕 I work remotely, which allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, playtime, supervision, and plenty of one-on-one attention. Your our pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive the care, love, and attention they deserve. My home features a fully fenced yard for supervised play and exercise, along with a dedicated pet area for rest and relaxation. For everyone’s safety and comfort, I require that all dogs be house-trained and crate-trained.
“Absolutely book with Konnor!! When my husband and I were 12 hours away with limited service and our first Rover sitter informed us that she could no longer care for our pups, Konnor responded to my panicked message quickly! Konnor not only responded quickly, she was also willing and able to transport our pets on less than an hours notice, and provided our babies with great care! She was communicative and our pups came home happy and well cared for.”

“Michelle provided such a nice family/home atmosphere for my 2 little dogs who stayed with her for a few days. They were a little scared at first but Michelle helped them settle in nicely and kept me regularly updated with updates and photos. My dogs even slept in her bed along with her little dog! It was very reassuring to know that my dogs were in a safe loving environment.”

“She took great care of my dog and was very kind and reliable. It’s our 2nd time with her!! I really appreciated the updates and the love she showed my pet. Highly recommend”

“Mark was great with my dog! He has a nice clean house with spacious yard, and he's in a nice neighborhood for easy safe walks. He wanted to make sure he understood how to best take care of my dog by asking thoughtful questions, even including how she liked to be pet. I feed my dog food that stays frozen and requires refrigeration and he was totally good with all of that. While I was away he sent me lots of pictures so I knew she was safe and happy. When I picked her up I could tell she had been well taken care of. He is an excellent communicator, and if you want your dog to have some extra love while you're out of town, Mark is an excellent choice. I will definitely be booking with him again.”

“Ms Sandy was so great with our senior dog, Vixen! I never worried about her and Sandy sent several pictures of her happy! Ms Sandy also was great with some of the senior dog issues Vixen sometimes has. Overall I felt extremely at ease with Vixen staying there and would definitely have her watch our dog again!”

“Laura did a wonderful job taking care of our pup while we were away for the weekend. She treated him as one of her own and was very communicative in sending “pupdates” (videos of the dogs playing in her awesome fenced in yard or cuddling on the couch). Your dog will be in very good hands with Laura - I highly recommend!”

“Wow! We are so pleased with Olivia and Rapha’s stay in Nashville. We stopped for the day to see Nashville inner city sites (music row, museums etc.). We couldn’t have been more pleased. Rapha took to Olivia and her house mates immediately, which isn’t usually the case. He felt comfortable from the get-go. Olivia shared pictures throughout the day and evening for me which helped ease our separation ;). She was also very flexible for our changing pickup and drop off times as we adjusted to road travel issues and springing forward on time. We will definitely use Olivia again when we pass through Nashville. Exceptional!”

“Emily was fantastic with Minnie! Her home is incredibly dog-friendly, with plenty of beds, blankets, and a great backyard for play. Minnie stayed for one night, went on her walks, and I felt completely confident she was in good hands. If we’re ever back in Nashville, we would definitely book Emily again. Highly recommend!”

“Nathan is amazing - super communicative and sent tons of pictures. Would recommend him to anyone! This is coming from a highly nervous set of dog parents”

My dog stayed with George for the whole day on the 4th of July, and everything went really well. George was extremely accommodating even though my booking was last minute and for a major holiday. He was great about drop off flexibility and late pickup, he sent photos of my pup and was very communicative, and my dog seemed happy to be there and well taken care of. Will definitely bring Tango back for more visits!

Neyla really helped us out in a very short notice pinch. She took impeccable care of our baby who returned home in the best of spirits. It was such a relief to know that she was in good hands while we were gone. All the photos that were sent during our pups visit made it easy to tell what a great time she was having. Thanks again!

BRI AND DANIEL WERE AMAZING! They sent updates, kept me in the loop, and were very responsive! Smoke definitely enjoyed his time with them! I will be using their services again very soon! If you’re looking to have your dog taken care of, please book them! 5 out of 5!!

Kristin took amazing care of our dog, Niko, and treated him like one of her own. She made him feel completely at home, letting him sleep on the couch and taking him on regular walks. We really appreciated the daily updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She even sent Niko home with a special treat in his bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. Niko was so happy and comfortable with Kristin that he almost didn’t want to leave when we picked him up! We highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy pet sitter.

Melissa was very kind, fast to respond and hospitable for our pup. I think June must have gotten a lot of play time, she came home and rested. Melissa sent us photo’s and asked us questions about what June likes! We would recommend Melissa to anyone who needs this service. Thanks Melissa!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
