This was our first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous about leaving our dog with someone new, especially since he’s older and a little socially awkward. But he absolutely loved her, which made us feel so much more at ease. She was very kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Her car was also incredibly clean, which we really appreciated when she picked him up. She was also very accommodating with our travel plans, which was so kind and made everything much easier for us. Jasmine was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of my anxious pup, Bruxer. She kept us updated regularly throughout his stay and went above and beyond to make sure all of his needs were met. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such caring hands. JessSharica was phenomenal! She took such good care of our fur baby while we were gone, providing regular updates, pictures, and the cutest little progress report. We knew Indi was in good hands with her family. Her dogs, Bella and Cairo, were the sweetest companions and playmates for Indi. Konnor was beyond excellent in communication and response time. She remained flexible with changing drop off/pick up times. I appreciated her availability on a busy holiday weekend. We wanted to keep our pup in a safe environment and she made sure he was well taken care of while sending pics and videos. Highly recommend Konnor and would book again when in the area.
Ms. Quneise was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Cody! We were visiting Nashville and needed a pet sitter for a few hours while we attended a concert. From the moment we met her, she was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about Cody's well-being.
