“Christina was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time using Rover and to be honest I was a bit nervous, however Christina went above and beyond. She did drop-ins for my 5 year old rat terrier while I was out of town.Christina was great at communicating and providing pictures and updates. She was super thoughtful and adjusted the schedule we had set in order to meet my dog's needs (while of course communicating with me about it). One day it was raining and my dog refused to go to the bathroom (she is a little diva) and Christina went back to the house an extra time after the rain stopped to make sure she was able to use the bathroom. My dog was also not eating much while I was away and Christina hand fed her to make sure she ate. Lauren is a very reliable sitter for my cats. She came over for a meet and greet before and always showed up very promptly to take care of them. Unfortunately, she didn't have very much interaction with my cats because they are former ferals and afraid of everybody but me. I'm sure she would have played with them if they would just come out and trust her. Maybe in time they will when she comes again. The cats are like that about everybody. But, their needs were taken care of perfectly while she was there and she sent me pictures every day. I will definitely use Lauren again and maybe Boots and Midnight will learn to love her too!
