I also like to understand their behavior, including how they interact with people or other animals, and if they have any fears or triggers. Additionally, I ask for emergency contacts, veterinary information, and any specific home instructions so I can provide safe, reliable care.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active and happy! Depending on their personality, we’ll go on walks, play fetch, tug-of-war, or just enjoy some outdoor time. For more relaxed pets, I’m always happy to hang out, give belly rubs, and keep them company.

I would love to take care and play with local dogs. I grew up having all kinds of pets & I have owned dogs my whole life and enjoy spoiling them as well as building relationships with them. I enjoy exercising and staying active so that will play a part in my care (if appropriate)! Our pets deserve the best and I will ensure I will give them just that! I understand the stress that may come in figuring out the care for your pets while you are away! I want to decrease that as much as possible so let me know if you have any special requests.

Absolutely amazing cat sitter! Rae took such great care of Curie while I was away and gave me so much peace of mind. She was reliable, communicative, and made sure Curie had fresh food, water, and a clean litter box every day. I could tell she genuinely cared, and I came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat. I would absolutely recommend Rae to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and kind to watch their pets!
