About: Honestly, I don't think I've gone more than a few months of my life without a pet around. I grew up with dogs and have since lived with and looked after dobermans, beagles, doodles, pointers, and pitbulls, amongst others, so a big, strong, or stubborn dog doesn't throw me off, and neither does a nervous first-timer. I've also lived with cats for years, so I speak fluent "aloof but secretly obsessed with you." Along the way I've picked up a lot of the extra care stuff almost by accident: giving meds on a schedule, handling a dog with leash reactivity, sticking to a strict routine for an anxious pet, being patient with a senior pet who needs a little more help getting around. I'm not saying I've seen it all, but I've seen a lot, and I actually enjoy the pets who need a bit more thought and attention. They're usually the most rewarding ones to work with. I'm currently a full-time master's student, and don't currently have other part-time work, but I will communicate if that changes in the future. I do have evening classes that are online except for one. Otherwise, I'm available to spend time with your fur babies. I like sitting in your pet's own home when that's an option. It just tends to be less stressful for them than a strange new place. Every pet's a little different, so I'm not going in with a fixed routine; I'd rather figure out what actually works for your dog or cat and stick to that. If your pet needs meds, has a quirk, or gets nervous easily, that's not a dealbreaker for me, if anything, tell me more, because I want to get it right.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats and haven’t looked back! We currently have two dogs, 7 & 1, Shiloh and Shepherd. I raised a puppy with my sister and most recently Shepherd who is a retriever/poodle mix. I am currently building a small business but it is very flexible. I can be available every day at any hour and would love overnights, weekends and longer term stays! I will treat them as my own. We will spend a lot of time together. I love taking walks and having a furry friend with me. I want them to feel as safe and secure with you gone as possible. About: As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you trust. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, and small pets, and I'm comfortable with both large and small breeds. My own senior dog receives daily oral medication, so I'm confident administering oral medications when needed. I treat every pet like they're part of my family and focus on providing a safe, loving, and stress-free environment with plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and cuddles. While I have not had experience on a formal app like this, I have been caring for family/ friends pets for years. Pet care is already a part of our everyday routine. I work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and my job is only five minutes from home, so I’m able to come home during my lunch break for potty breaks, walks, feeding, and quality time. My husband also helps care for the pets from time to time, giving them additional care throughout the day. Before and after work, we make sure pets get plenty of exercise, playtime, and love. Our evenings and weekends are much more flexible, allowing us to spend even more time caring for your pet. We understand how important routines are, and we’ll do our best to keep your pet’s schedule as close to normal as possible while you’re away. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I share my home with my friendly senior dog, Major, and my cat, Biscuit. Both are well-socialized, gentle, and have done well with other animals I've cared for in the past. My husband also helps care for pets from time to time, so your pet will have another trusted, caring person around to give them attention and companionship. I live in an apartment with plenty of walking areas nearby, including dog parks where I regularly take my own dog. My home has hard flooring, so accidents are easy to clean up, and I have plenty of toys to keep pets entertained. I also have a home camera so I can monitor pets whenever I'm away. I'm comfortable caring for puppies, kittens, senior pets, and administering oral medications. If needed, I'm also able to transport pets safely to appointments or in case of an emergency. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, my husband and I will follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home.

About: I’ve taken care of a pit and a boxer for two years, two different breeds, two different ages, two different personalities but we are one big happy family! Matt was awesome with my 2 bulldogs. One is a senior and the other a young rescue bully with high energy and anxiety. Both dogs can be anxious I’m their own way, and Matt was great with each.
