“Taylor did a wonderful job watching my dog for me while I was out of town! I had a medical emergency while I was gone, and I loved knowing my dog was in good hands with her and it was one less thing I needed to worry about.”

“Always feels so good to know Sophia is looking after our pets when we’re out of town! We’ve used her for a couple trips and it’s life changing knowing you have someone you can rely on when you’re not home!”

“Isabel was amazing! She let Remy out twice while we were at work and he loved it—she sent plenty of pics and even worked with us when we had some gate issues! Will be reaching back out to her!!”

“Karissa did great taking care of my Dog Star while I was out of town. She goes out of her way to follow the care instructions and made me feel safe about leaving my baby in her care!”

“Christy goes above and beyond! Our dog loves her and from one worried mama, I’ve never felt more that our boy was in the best hands. With consistent updates and photos we felt so at ease! We have an older boy too who needs special attention and medication, he was in the best hands. Could not recommend her enough. 🩷”

About: As a lifetime dog and cat owner, dog walker at a local animal shelter, and puppy foster, I am extremely passionate about animal welfare and very experienced. I have cared for senior dogs, including our family’s beloved boxer-pitt mix who passed in May of 2025, and I currently help my mom wrangle her 120 pound Great Dane named Moose. I fostered puppies of all ages and sizes (and their mamas too on rare occasions) and am very comfortable with all the ups-and-downs of puppy ownership. All that to say, there is no age, size, or energy level range that I haven’t encountered! I don’t mind if your pup needs me to take them out at 3am to potty, needs food that requires 30 minutes of preparation beforehand, or has a medication routine that requires a lot of hiding things in peanut butter. It’s all standard protocol for me! I’d love to meet your pets and give you the peace of mind that they are deeply loved and cared for when they’re with me. I work full-time M-F 7am-4pm, but am able to work from home when needed. I would try to work from home as much as possible when scheduled to petsit, and on days where that is not possible, take half days. My job is thankfully very flexible! I am someone who would rather be overly-cautious to a sometimes ridiculous degree. I will take every precaution to keep your pet and home safe and in a comfortable environment. I am knowledgeable about the health and safety issues when it comes to young puppies and vaccinations/decreasing parvo risk. I value communication and would rather receive too much information about your pet and its routine than too little! Feel free to send me a ten page essay about your pets, their routine, and what steps you’d like me to take to keep them happy, safe, and healthy.

“Helene is absolutely wonderful and so sweet. She has been taking care of my puppy and letting her out for mid day walks, playtime, and lunch. She is always on time and reliable. She even cleans up the crate if Lucy has an accident. Highly recommend you go with Helene for your pets needs!”

“Allison gave my furry friend love and attention while I was out of town for a couple weeks and she was very good at sending photos & videos every day. Thank you for your care!”

“She took such good care of my baby boy. Marshall is a very nervous and timid dog, so I knew he would probably be very scared when she came in to let him out, but she took the time to just sit with him and see that he was comfortable before taking him outside. Will definitely use her again!”

“Amber was great with my two cats. My shy one absolutely loved her! She took time to give them pets on top of taking care of their food and water needs. Would absolutely hire her again.”

“Alicia was amazing and took great care of our pup! She was extremely responsive and flexible when it came to changing our schedule! Thank you so much, Alicia!”

Corrie was amazing! My dog is kind of timid around people she doesn’t know well and Corrie took extra time to make sure she was comfortable. Corrie sent pictures of each visit and was great at communicating with me. I will definitely be using Corrie again. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Christina is awesome. She watched our sweet puppy moose for a week. She’s loving and playful and consistent and trustworthy. She has a great attitude and is just so professional !! She has a passion for animals and is so easy to work with… Would absolutely use her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Brentwood with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
