“Gayle was great! She spent extra time with my pup, taking her on walks and playing with her outside. Her communication was very thorough and I will definitely be using her as a Petsitter again in the future!”

“I have been stressing about finding a cat sitter that could meet Ginger’s medical needs. Gingers very easygoing considering my other two shy & spicy babies, Clover & Koko respectively. But a lot of people & special needs cat boarding facilities were aphrenrsive about giving a cat 0.25 mL of medicine once a day for 2 different medications. Thanks again Sophia for taking care of my girls!”

“Helene did a great job watching my cat Benny! She made sure he was fed and worn out, while making sure our home was nice and clean after we got back from the long weekend.”

“India was amazing! She was available last minute to take care of my boy Sawyer. She took her time walking him and even played with him at our complex dog park. She sent a ton of pics and he was a happy boy when I got home. We will definitely ask her for help again!”

“Olivia is the best. I had to go back to work while my pup was still recovering from getting fixed. Her nursing background made her the perfect choice. She is always on time and is meticulous about following care instructions. Highly recommend!”

“Gray was so incredible with our boys! They seemed so happy with her taking care of them and she sent the best photos and updates during our time away! We will definitely be booking her again for our boys during our next vacation! Thank you, Gray!!”

“I cannot express how amazing Kylie is. We had a sitter cancel on us last minute, and we had already left town. I sent a frantic message to a few on rover and she was the first to reply with sympathy and a quick “how can I help!” - on it already mentality. She immediately jumped on a phone call with me and we squared away the plan for the weekend. Finn and Buddy loved their walks with her and we couldn’t have been more pleased!”

“We have used Donna’s services several times and are so grateful for her kindness and gentle care for our senior pup. She is a true superstar! Barkley loves cuddling with her and looks forward to her visit!”
About: What sets me apart is my unique blend of experience with both senior dogs and playful puppies. I understand the special care seniors need for comfort and health, while also providing the energetic training and socialization that puppies thrive on. Friends and family have trusted me to watch their fur children for years. My passion for dogs ensures that each furry friend receives personalized attention and love tailored to their age and needs. I currently am not working and caring for my toddler. I have more than enough time to fit in caring for your precious furry friend. I love all animals and know how important a routine is. I am happy to help in any way I can. In my home, we have a senior dog, senior cat and a younger cat. They are such joys and fill our hearts with so much love. My senior dog is currently on medication administered daily, so I understand the importance of making sure timely medications occur. The cats share a litter box which is cleaned daily as well as shared food. I take my dog for a walk everyday for at least an hour.

About: I love any and all dogs. I would love to play, walk, feed, and love on your dog when you can’t. I have grown up with dogs my entire life.. I lost my 16 year old golden and need to be around some pets! I can be very flexible with times and will work with your schedule as needed. I will communicate with you as much or as little as you would like, to take the ease of being away from your loved one more comfortable. I work full time Monday-Thursday 8-5. I can come home at lunch time for a quick potty and walk break. Weekends I’m flexible and can work around your schedule. I will follow any feeding/water schedule that you have in place. Your pet will be well taken care of! Any instructions you have, I will follow.
About: I have had pets since the day I was born. As an adult I have cared for cats, dogs and some exotic pets as well. I love animals and know you can’t be everywhere at once. I have been entrusted to care for celebrities pets including on tour in multiple cities. My experience as a personal assistant comes in handy when it comes to helping with tasks you may not have time or energy for. The goal is to make pet parents feel confident in their pets care & happiness with each service. I have a pretty flexible schedule and will happily discuss particular times and schedules based on you and your pet’s needs. Some days are completely open while other will have some blocks of time I am unavailable. Right now I am not offering pet care in my home, but I know the importance of respecting an animal’s environment along with their parents space and rules. I am diligent about ensuring pets are kept safe & where they need to be.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 20 years. My experience was with a very active Golden Retriever and now we have a 5 year old “drent” Drentse Patrijshond. I work from home with flexibility to care for your pet. My wife is also available to help me with our pets in the evening and weekends. I have a very friendly “Drent” Ryder who loves being around other dogs. Ryder is very mellow and loves to hang on the couch. We will care for your pet just like our own!
“Chrislyn was conscientious and took excellent care of our cat. Smudge normally hides from pet sitters, but was always willing to come out and see Chrislyn. I appreciate her timeliness and consistency. Thank you!”

About: I grew up on a farm, so animals have been in my life as long as I can remember. Pets are my passion and caring for them is my purpose. I am currently working as a substitute teacher, so my schedule is very flexible. I would love to fill it up with more pet care! I have a 2 year old, black terrier/pitbull mix, so his care is already at the center of all that I do. I live in an apartment, so frequent walks are vital to keep him exercised and entertained. We do have a small dog park in the complex. I love taking Lakota to the Pitts Dog Park, Edwin Warner or 2 Rivers. His best friend’s name is Alfie who lives in my apartment complex. I take him a few days of the week to my apartment and the little dog park here to play with Lakota for a few hours. He also has a friend named Henry who we visit a couple days a week. We go over to his house to play for a couple of hours while his Dad is at work. He has a fenced in backyard.
“Our travel plans ended up falling through but Kealy was so kind and understanding. She came out previous to our scheduled sitting to meet us and see the tasks. I will definitely contact her next time!!”

I take pride in following an owner’s established routine, so that a dog feels most comfortable. I love playing with dogs and going on long walks or car rides, as well as prioritizing a dog’s well being while their owner is gone

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Brentwood
We had such a great experience with Christine! She stopped by every day around 1:00 while I was at work, my son was at school, and my husband was traveling, and it gave me such peace of mind knowing our pup was in good hands. She was prompt, dependable, and truly took the time to play with him both inside and outside, make sure he had plenty of water, and give him some attention and exercise during the day. She also made sure he was safely kenneled before she left. I especially appreciated the detailed notes and pictures she shared through Rover after each visit — it was so nice to be able to see how he was doing while I was away. She did exactly what she said she would do and went above and beyond to make sure our pup was happy and cared for. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again!

Corrie was amazing! My dog is kind of timid around people she doesn’t know well and Corrie took extra time to make sure she was comfortable. Corrie sent pictures of each visit and was great at communicating with me. I will definitely be using Corrie again. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Brentwood with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
