Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. Riley was amazing with my dog, Samantha! What started as just a couple of overnights turned into a full week of care, and she handled it with so much flexibility and kindness. She kept me updated with plenty of photos, asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sam’s needs were met, and made sure she got lots of walks and attention. When she had to cancel one of the overnights, Riley even went the extra mile to drop Sam off at another Rover sitter’s house so I didn’t have to leave the conference I was attending — that level of care and consideration was a huge relief.
