“Emma helped us out twice for last minute drop in visits when we had some emergencies in the family, and our usual sitter wasn't available. We have 4 dogs of various ages and needs-levels, and Emma was great with them. I wouldn't hesitate to book Emma again!”

“Excellent service! I was nervous to leave my 14yr old dog, Belle, alone for a week because she never had a sitter outside of family members, but she loved Isabel and Isabel was great with her! I couldn’t be happier with the level of care she provided to Belle. I highly recommend her and hope to have her watch Belle again in the future!”

“Once again, Piper did an amazing job watching two dogs while I was out of town. They were happy, fed, and walked plus received lots of love! Will definitely call on her again to watch my boys.”

“Ally was fantastic! She stepped in at the last minute to help, was super self sufficient, provided us great updates and loved our sweet puppy during her visits! We will definitely book her again :)”

“Christina was amazing! This was my first time using Rover and I didn’t know what to expect… but she set the standard high! She was reliable, communicated updates about her visits, and took exceptional care of my senior dog. Would definitely recommend Christina!”
“I instantly knew I made the right choice choosing Corrie to watch over my pride and joy. She was very attentive and made sure to update me with the best photos. Not only that she made it possible for me to actually enjoy my vacation. I would highly recommend and going to definitely give Corrie a call if I need someone in the future!”

“Sophia has been the best care taker for my kitty that I have ever had! She is so communicative and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about your pet. All of the photos and updates!! 10/10 recommend”

About: I love dogs and have taken care of them all my life! I recently lost my companion of 12 years in April 2026, Finley, who passed onto the rainbow bridge due to old age. Finley was a 120lb gentle giant, so I am highly experienced with large breeds and dogs of all sizes. Whether you have a Great Dane or a Pomeranian, I will care for your fur baby as if they were my own. Being a dog lover while no longer having one has been heartbreaking for me, but it also means that I now have the opportunity to hangout with your pup! :) I only ask for a week in advance notice and prefer to do a meet and greet beforehand to see if we align. Take a look at my calendar and see what works for you! I work my day job Thursday through Sunday and am currently available for house sitting Sunday night through Thursday morning and drop-in visits M, T, W. I am available to come to your home or your dog is welcome to stay at mine! I live in a 900 Sq. Ft. apartment with plenty of space for a small or medium dog or a low activity older large breed. I have two orthopedic beds that are cleaned thoroughly after each stay and two dog bowls.
About: I grew up with a family dog who was a shih tzu and poodle mix. Now, I work with furry friends of all types: from those who need a little extra attention to the most easygoing pets! Does your pet need medicine 3 times a day? I do that. Does your dog have leash aggression or very specific likes and dislikes? I've dealt with that too. Separation anxiety? Check! Senior dogs struggling with incontinence? I'm here to help. Currently, I offer house sitting (taking out trash, plant care, etc), drop ins, pet sitting (2-3 walks, medicine if applicable, feeding, play time), pet walks, and feeding. I can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings and am available most holidays and weekends. I offer pet sitting in my client's home to keep pets in the environment where they feel safest. I will collaborate with you to see what works best for your pet and their home. I love pets and can spend a little extra time with them if you're worried about them being left alone. I know each dog and cat is different, so I'm happy to adjust to make sure they feel safe and comfortable!
“Olivia is the best. I had to go back to work while my pup was still recovering from getting fixed. Her nursing background made her the perfect choice. She is always on time and is meticulous about following care instructions. Highly recommend!”

“Sadie took the best care of our beloved cat Remus! She followed all instructions as discussed and our shy cat warmed up with her super quickly. I received lovely updates with fotos and videos every day. I would love to have her back with us in the future! 🙂 Thank you, Sadie! 🌸”

“Alicia was great. Super communicative and made us feel super comfortable! She took great care of our cat Apollo and I’m very appreciative of her and will be definitely reaching out to her again!”

“Hannah is great with both of my dogs! She goes above and beyond to make sure they’re comfortable and well attended. She even let me add last minute visits/drops ins when my flight was delayed and I got stuck out of town for an extra day. Will definitely be booking services with her again!”

“Angela was an exceptional caretaker and companion for my cat! She was perfectly communicative, thoughtful, timely, and sent great videos and pictures of their playtime and meal updates. I would book her again in a heartbeat. :)”
“Emily was amazing!! She did a meet and greet for our puppy and made sure to pay attention to all our instructions! She sent so many pics and made sure to hang out with our pup for more than the time we booked! I’ll always recommend her!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Berry Hill
Angela is reliable and diligent, and the cats clearly felt comfortable with her. She sent pictures of them sitting in her lap and asking for treats. She also kept me informed, and asked questions whenever they came up. I would happily have her cat sit again in the future.

We’ve used Connor a number of times while we go out of town. He’s consistently responsive, timely, and does a great job taking care of our cats. I’m incredibly appreciative of him and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to take care of their pets.

Emma was a fantastic companion and caretaker for our kitties while we were away for 2 weeks. I know they looked forward to her drop ins! We received detailed daily updates that made us feel much better about being away, knowing everything was getting taken care of at home. Emma went way above and beyond by also feeding our goldfish, keeping plants alive, and bringing packages in while we were gone. We will definitely book Emma again if we travel!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Berry Hill. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
