Hi! My name is Austyn and I am a dog owner and lover with a long and varied background in dog care. I have 2 years of experience as a Canine Coach at a doggie daycare and am a former pharmacy technician specializing in pet medication. My family has had multiple dogs and pets in our home since I was 3 years old. Our first dog was Sunny, an energetic, lively dog that loved walks, playing soccer in our yard, and invading our Barbie house. My current dogs are Roscoe and Syenna, a miniature dachshund and bichon whose idea of the perfect walk is being carried in our arms the whole way. Across my 23 years of daily pet care experience, I have cared for dogs of all ages: from young puppies to aging seniors. Contact me to schedule a walk or a meet and greet. This is Yoko’s second time staying at - Yoko is just 8 lbs and Austyn takes such great care of her and is always mindful of how the different pups in her care get along. We recommend and plan to book with Austyn again!
Austyn was so great with my dog Martin!! She was super communicative and shared updates of his stay. I felt confident Martin had a great time because he did not want to leave when I picked him up!
Austyn is theee best! My family loves to take off out of town on a whim and she is always up for last minute dog sitting. Austyn sends updates and photos which lets us know our girl is in good hands and having fun.

Schedule
I work from home with a flexible schedule. I will be available to your pup on a consistent basis throughout the day and will be able to take active pups on multiple walks per day.

I have a large fenced-in yard for supervised play. I also have a walk-friendly neighbor with close proximity to Shelby Park and its dog park (if your pup is a dog park regular).
A typical day
Your pup and I will be able to remain close throughout the stay as I work from home. I will be able to provide physical and mental stimulation through walks around the neighborhood multiple times per day. I have a fenced-in yard that is perfect for playing catch.
