About: I have strong pet care experience from owning five dogs and four cats over the years, where I learned how to manage feeding, grooming, exercise, and basic care. I also helped care for my elderly neighbor’s dogs, making sure they were fed, walked, and well cared for. These experiences have made me responsible, attentive, and comfortable caring for animals of all ages. My schedule is very open and flexible for work, even though I have college classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Since my classes are only two days a week, I am fully available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as weekends if needed. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am also available outside of my class hours, which gives me additional flexibility. Overall, I have plenty of availability and can easily adjust my schedule to meet work needs. At home, I make sure my pets are well cared for by keeping up with their daily feeding schedule and providing fresh water at all times. I take my dogs on regular walks to ensure they get exercise and time outdoors, and I spend time playing with them to keep them active and happy. I also monitor their health and behavior to make sure they are comfortable and well cared for each day.

I've helped rescue animals from high kill shelters before and provvided services for local shelters in all aspects of help. I'm 6'2, 230 pounds with a muscular frame and can handle almost all pets, especially when it comes to walks. About: I have 2 big dogs of my own as well as a cat. I’ve taken care of all of them since they were little puppies and kitties. One of my dogs is medicated and I’m happy to assist you with medications if needed. I have past experience walking/ looking after my neighbors, family’s and friends dogs and cats. I am currently a student so during the summer I am completely free. I prefer Monday- Friday but am happy to help on weekends. I don’t have a problem with early mornings or late nights. Whatever is convenient to you! I have an electric fence to conceal my two dogs. Although we have this, I never leave them outside without my eyesight on them. I try to keep my eye on them as much as possible to avoid anything that could go wrong/ prevent harm to your home.

About: Since I was a little girl I loved animals. I loved to take care of them and help them. Which is why I am pursuing a degree in order to help animals enjoy a long fulfilling life. Animals are with us for such a short period of time, which is why it is important to make their lives count as best as we can! I've always been raised around dogs myself, and consider them to be part of our extended family while I'm watching them. My boys have helped with dogs, cats, and chickens, yes we had a consistent job watching chickens in Kentucky. I'm a stay at home mom, so I have open availability, and even though I prefer fur babies to run free here, if an emergency were to come up, I would want them to be able to stay in a crate to avoid any accidents, but that is only if an emergency should happens. I also have a kitten, as of 12/22 he is 3 months old… so anyone I sit will have to be Cat/Kid Friendly. I am currently at home full time so I have plenty of time for walks & playing with your fur babies! We will take a lot of walks as well. I allow pets to roam free in my home, they are allowed on the furniture as long as they are house trained & flea protected.

“This was my first time using Rover and using anyone outside of family or friends to watch Roscoe. I will admit that I was a little nervous. Kayahja was the best choice for me and Roscoe. She understood how I felt as a dog mom and she kept me updated with pictures and videos throughout Roscoe’s stay. She was super helpful with figuring out a convenient drop off for both of us. Her dogs are super sweet! Roscoe had the time of his life. He seemed so comfortable and at peace with her and her dogs. He’s made two new friends. I was wondering if he’d want to come home lol. About: I have strong pet care experience from owning five dogs and four cats over the years, where I learned how to manage feeding, grooming, exercise, and basic care. I also helped care for my elderly neighbor’s dogs, making sure they were fed, walked, and well cared for. These experiences have made me responsible, attentive, and comfortable caring for animals of all ages. My schedule is very open and flexible for work, even though I have college classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Since my classes are only two days a week, I am fully available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as weekends if needed. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am also available outside of my class hours, which gives me additional flexibility. Overall, I have plenty of availability and can easily adjust my schedule to meet work needs. At home, I make sure my pets are well cared for by keeping up with their daily feeding schedule and providing fresh water at all times. I take my dogs on regular walks to ensure they get exercise and time outdoors, and I spend time playing with them to keep them active and happy. I also monitor their health and behavior to make sure they are comfortable and well cared for each day.
“Our dogs had a blast. Their dog, Scout, warmed up to our lab mutt and goldendoodle. My dog is absolutely wiped out today from all the fun and big back yard romps. Patti send pictures daily and her whole family gave our pups love and cuddles all weekend. We will definitely use them again to watch our dogs.
