She arrived as expected each day, stayed at or past the expected visit time, and left our home and pet in wonderful condition. My cat was well-fed, cleaned up after (litterbox and a vase he broke!) and doted on as if he was her own pet. We felt truly at ease while we were away! My cat did not seek his revenge upon his family at our return, always a sign that my cat was VERY HAPPY. We will be DEFINITELY be booking Teresa again for future cat visits and dog-boarding. “Alice did very well with our 2 cats. Bob is our friendly kitten who likes to eat. Alice fed Bob separately so that Peter our adult cat could eat in peace. Peter warmed up to Alice by the end of babysitting. Alice even got a cool picture of Peter hiding under the couch. Alice was flexible when we asked her to leave out an additional feeding bowl. I would hire Alice again.”

“Doug was great; he went above and beyond what was expected. There is some sibling rivalry between my two cats and he made sure both of them had a chance to eat by sticking around and feeding them in separate rooms if need be. He also kept an eye on the house, and kept me informed of any suspicious activity in the neighborhood, made sure our windows were locked, took out the trash, etc. He was very communicative and responsive. This definitely made me feel more at ease during our trip. When the Microsoft crash shut all the airlines down, he reached out to see if our flight was affected and said he could keep feeding the cats if needed. I would highly recommend Doug for other pet owners, and would definitely use his services again in the future.”

She is super attentive, takes precise notes, and can work a home security system if that is a concern for you. She always sends pictures and videos. Great communication and she knows her blackout dates ahead of time. She's been my go to whenever I have to leave the house for a stretch. She should honestly charge double.”
