About: Before becoming a mom, I lived dogs and learning dog training. It was my passion. Certified with 16hrs continued training, apprenticeships, 1yr experience at a large veterinarian hospital, certified in dog first aid, studied dog psychology, along with several of my own on the side dogs I have personally owned and trained or helped others to train- to say I have years of experience is more than just helping friends and family along the way. I was on the way to becoming a full time dog trainer before having children put a pause on it. Now that my children are getting older, I am ready to get back at it and start sharing my passion and experience with others again. There is nothing like being able to help others understand and know how to work with their fur babies better. Seeing the light and joy in both the dog and the owners eyes once a new skill is unlocked or a problem is resolved or simply helping someone out by getting in an extra walk for their pup while they are at work, I enjoy all of it! Age has no boundaries on learning! I have worked with puppies all the way up to seniors! Pure breeds of all kinds with so many mixed rescues too! No dog is beyond change or learning! I look forward to the opportunity to care for your babies as I have cared for mine! Currently a stay at home mom, I am quite flexible during the weekdays. I am available to make sure your pup gets well taken care of. Safety of your pet is my utmost priority. Consistency to routine is also important. About: I've had animals of all kinds my entire life. I've had dogs of all sizes, cats of many kinds, guinea pigs, and even snakes. I've never met a pet I didn't love, and I'm known for unsocial animals warming up to me very quickly. I'm a huge animal lover and would love the opportunity to keep your fur baby company while you're away. I currently work full time in Nashville. Due to that, I have my availability turned off during the week. However, I am happy to to work together on evening visits for when I get home. I also have open availability during the weekend. My cat in my home gets the queen treatment, so I'd absolutely provide the same treatment for your fur baby. I provide all of the cuddles, pets, and play time to make for a happy pet.

Dogs have been apart of my daily routine my entire life so any aspect of taking care of them has been experienced by me! Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule and experience caring for animals every day. I recently graduated from undergrad and am free all summer before starting graduate school, so I have plenty of time to give pets consistent attention and care. I provide a safe, clean, and caring environment for pets in clients’ homes while following their routines closely, including feeding, walks, medications, and playtime. I also have three dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets and understanding their needs.

About: I have had dogs since I was young at different periods of my life and am well experienced with caring for them. I am well versed in handling puppies and adults, but am inexperienced with senior pups. I trained my dog myself since she was a puppy. Im currently working part-time in the afternoons so I will be available to care for your pets throughout the day. I am available all week, but will be unavailable Mondays-Fridays from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. My weekends are flexible and open. I will be unable to do full-day sitting since I have my own dog that will need to be taken care off, but I can pop in multiple times throughout the day. I am able to follow any and all instructions and necessities listed for your pups like feeding schedules, potty schedules, medications, etc. I will not be able to sit within my own home since I live with other people/animals and wish to be courteous to them.

About: I’ve been a trusted sitter since I was 12 years old for friends and neighbors. I’m comfortable with puppies and senior dogs alike. I’m currently taking post baccalaureate courses to fulfill prerequisites for graduate school. Pet care would be a priority right alongside my studies. Getting to make my own schedule was a huge factor in deciding to sit for rover. I will aim to provide a safe environment for any pet entrusted to me. I currently do not have any pets of my own, but I remember well how to care for them.

About: I am the youngest of 4 girls and we always got the same pets together. But for some reason, my pets always lived the longest! I like to think its because I took the time to train, play and love on my pets. My first pet was when I was 7: a hermit crab. Then a finch, a parakeet, a hamster and a rabbit. My hamster even knew his name, Ted, like a teddy bear. So when all the hamsters escaped their cage, only Ted came back! When my family got our first dog, Kovu, I quickly became his best friend (after my dad, of course). I taught him sit, down, shake, spin and roll over. We got a second dog, Hercules, who I taught all those tricks to as well as beg! Herc was a little more agile than Hunky Kovu. Kovu went on to learn how to retrieve their dog bowls for dinner and to help carry bags of trash to the trashcan or groceries to the house. As Herc got older, he became more anxious. So I’d give him extra cuddles every 4th of July and put on his vest that felt like a hug around him. Both Kovu and Herc have gone on to Dog Heaven after 14 years of life each. And I’ve gone on to live with a roommate with a very skiddish, anxious dog to owning two rescues with my Husband, Jax and Milo. They too, know all the tricks I taught my family dogs and have learned to be great around our 6-month old baby. I’m working part time in the early morning hours on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Otherwise, I am free pretty much all day to care for your fur babies. If you have a fenced yard, I’ll make sure to get them plenty outside time for play. If not, I’m happy to take them for walks throughout the day. I’ll make sure to clean up after them so your home stays nice and tidy while you are away. I can give them a bath if needed and time for tricks and treats if you allow!

About: Hello! I would love to take care of your dog while you are away! We now have a sweet cavapoo so your dog needs to be friendly to other dogs. I am home all the time so your dog will receive plenty of love and attention. In order to provide individualized attention I will only house sit one dog at a time. I can take your dog for walks or they can stay home, whatever you prefer. Your dog will be treated like family in my home. My family always had small dogs so I will only house sit little guys that are good and gentle to children and our puppy. We have had experience with senior dogs and dogs that required medication. I will just need detailed instructions on how to better care for them. I look forward meeting you and your sweet little pet. We are usually home all the time. My husband works from home, so someone will be with your dog at all times except rare exceptions. We have a fenced yard and your dog will always be supervised. We also put gates on the front porch when a dog is visiting to avoid runaways. We have a friendly small Cavapoo so your dogs needs to get along with other dogs.

About: I have owned every type of animal you can think of, from the standard house pets such as cats and dogs to hedgehogs, reptiles, aquatic animals, and farm animals. I have been petting sitting since I was a teenager in high school. I have no breed restrictions. I have also volunteered at an exotic animal rescue taking care of monkeys, kinkajous, wallabies and more! My new job is mostly remote so I will have open days to make sure your pets are cared for and well taken care of. I have a fenced in yard for my dogs when they are not heel trained. I have no problem crating animals or administering oral or topical medications.

About: I adopted a sweet border collie/cattle dog in September of 2017 and ever since I have wanted to do more for dogs. This is one way for me to care for dogs while helping out their parents. You should be aware that your dog will be pampered and spoiled! You will also receive multiple pictures of your fur baby. I understand that every dog is different. About: Hi! I’m a local mom living on a mini farm in Goodlettsville with my husband, son, two dogs, and ten chickens. Animals have always been a huge part of our lives, and we spend most of our days outside exploring, playing, and staying active. My son absolutely loves animals and is a wonderful little helper. He accompanies me about 90% of the time, so if your dog or cat prefers a child-free environment or isn’t comfortable around kids, please let me know and we can discuss whether we’re a good fit. We love getting out and doing fun activities, whether that’s neighborhood walks, playing in the yard, walking to coffee, or even taking your pup on an adventure to a dog park (with your permission, of course!). If your pet prefers a slower pace, we’re equally happy to provide snuggles, backyard or indoor playtime, and companionship at home. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I’ll treat your dog or cat like one of our own—with plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and updates while you’re away. We have a sweet newborn baby so I’m home 24/7 to be with your pup giving treats and snuggles and making sure all their needs are met. We have a fenced in front yard waiting for your pup to explore! We also have two friendly dogs for your pup to play with!
