About: Hi! I’m a local mom living on a mini farm in Goodlettsville with my husband, son, two dogs, and ten chickens. Animals have always been a huge part of our lives, and we spend most of our days outside exploring, playing, and staying active. My son absolutely loves animals and is a wonderful little helper. He accompanies me about 90% of the time, so if your dog or cat prefers a child-free environment or isn’t comfortable around kids, please let me know and we can discuss whether we’re a good fit. We love getting out and doing fun activities, whether that’s neighborhood walks, playing in the yard, walking to coffee, or even taking your pup on an adventure to a dog park (with your permission, of course!). If your pet prefers a slower pace, we’re equally happy to provide snuggles, backyard or indoor playtime, and companionship at home. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I’ll treat your dog or cat like one of our own—with plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and updates while you’re away. We have a sweet newborn baby so I’m home 24/7 to be with your pup giving treats and snuggles and making sure all their needs are met. We have a fenced in front yard waiting for your pup to explore! We also have two friendly dogs for your pup to play with!

About: I am the youngest of 4 girls and we always got the same pets together. But for some reason, my pets always lived the longest! I like to think its because I took the time to train, play and love on my pets. My first pet was when I was 7: a hermit crab. Then a finch, a parakeet, a hamster and a rabbit. My hamster even knew his name, Ted, like a teddy bear. So when all the hamsters escaped their cage, only Ted came back! When my family got our first dog, Kovu, I quickly became his best friend (after my dad, of course). I taught him sit, down, shake, spin and roll over. We got a second dog, Hercules, who I taught all those tricks to as well as beg! Herc was a little more agile than Hunky Kovu. Kovu went on to learn how to retrieve their dog bowls for dinner and to help carry bags of trash to the trashcan or groceries to the house. As Herc got older, he became more anxious. So I’d give him extra cuddles every 4th of July and put on his vest that felt like a hug around him. Both Kovu and Herc have gone on to Dog Heaven after 14 years of life each. And I’ve gone on to live with a roommate with a very skiddish, anxious dog to owning two rescues with my Husband, Jax and Milo. They too, know all the tricks I taught my family dogs and have learned to be great around our 6-month old baby. I’m working part time in the early morning hours on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Otherwise, I am free pretty much all day to care for your fur babies. If you have a fenced yard, I’ll make sure to get them plenty outside time for play. If not, I’m happy to take them for walks throughout the day. I’ll make sure to clean up after them so your home stays nice and tidy while you are away. I can give them a bath if needed and time for tricks and treats if you allow!

About: I have had dogs since I was young at different periods of my life and am well experienced with caring for them. I am well versed in handling puppies and adults, but am inexperienced with senior pups. I trained my dog myself since she was a puppy. Im currently working part-time in the afternoons so I will be available to care for your pets throughout the day. I am available all week, but will be unavailable Mondays-Fridays from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. My weekends are flexible and open. I will be unable to do full-day sitting since I have my own dog that will need to be taken care off, but I can pop in multiple times throughout the day. I am able to follow any and all instructions and necessities listed for your pups like feeding schedules, potty schedules, medications, etc. I will not be able to sit within my own home since I live with other people/animals and wish to be courteous to them.

About: Before becoming a mom, I lived dogs and learning dog training. It was my passion. Certified with 16hrs continued training, apprenticeships, 1yr experience at a large veterinarian hospital, certified in dog first aid, studied dog psychology, along with several of my own on the side dogs I have personally owned and trained or helped others to train- to say I have years of experience is more than just helping friends and family along the way. I was on the way to becoming a full time dog trainer before having children put a pause on it. Now that my children are getting older, I am ready to get back at it and start sharing my passion and experience with others again. There is nothing like being able to help others understand and know how to work with their fur babies better. Seeing the light and joy in both the dog and the owners eyes once a new skill is unlocked or a problem is resolved or simply helping someone out by getting in an extra walk for their pup while they are at work, I enjoy all of it! Age has no boundaries on learning! I have worked with puppies all the way up to seniors! Pure breeds of all kinds with so many mixed rescues too! No dog is beyond change or learning! About: Hello! I would love to take care of your dog while you are away! We now have a sweet cavapoo so your dog needs to be friendly to other dogs. I am home all the time so your dog will receive plenty of love and attention. In order to provide individualized attention I will only house sit one dog at a time. I can take your dog for walks or they can stay home, whatever you prefer. Your dog will be treated like family in my home. My family always had small dogs so I will only house sit little guys that are good and gentle to children and our puppy. We have had experience with senior dogs and dogs that required medication. I will just need detailed instructions on how to better care for them. I look forward meeting you and your sweet little pet. We are usually home all the time. My husband works from home, so someone will be with your dog at all times except rare exceptions. We have a fenced yard and your dog will always be supervised. We also put gates on the front porch when a dog is visiting to avoid runaways. We have a friendly small Cavapoo so your dogs needs to get along with other dogs.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have two friendly dogs of my own and a fenced yard for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. About: I have owned animals from dogs/cats to reptiles and birds. Doing this to hang out with animals without getting my own as I travel for work right now. Message me to negotiate price, very negotiable. I mostly work from home but do go into the office every now and then. When I am caring for an animal in my home I will not be going into the office unless totally needed, my entire schedule can be devoted to your pet. I like to try and make pets feel comfortable, I know their owner leaving can be stressful and I want to try and mitigate that. I am not the type to feed them and run, I will be spending significant amounts of time with your pet whether that’s in my home or yours.
