Lindsey can care for
Availability
Pet care naturally fits into my daily life—I’m already on a set schedule with my own senior dog who needs multiple medications, walks, and constant attention. Even though I work full time, I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule and work from home when needed. This allows me to be present and attentive, making sure pets in my care are safe, comfortable, and loved throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
In my home, pets are cared for in a calm and loving environment, with constant supervision and plenty of cozy spaces to rest. I’m especially mindful of pets with medical needs, and I’m experienced with administering medications, monitoring seniors, and handling emergencies if they arise. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow instructions closely, give regular updates, and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is always to create an environment of trust—for both you and your pet.
Information Lindsey C. would like to know about your pet
It’s helpful for me to know your pet’s daily routine, medical needs, and any special instructions ahead of time. I like to ask about things such as: medications, diet restrictions, mobility issues, triggers or fears, and how they’re most comfortable being approached. I also love learning about their favorite activities, toys, or comfort items, so I can make them feel at home and keep their routine as normal as possible. The more I know, the better I can provide safe, loving, and personalized care.
A typical day
A typical day starts early (and sometimes in the middle of the night!). Because of caring for my own senior dog, I’m already used to getting up at odd hours if a pet needs me. Whether it’s giving medication, a potty break, or just comfort, I’m there. During the day, I love taking dogs on walks, playing with their favorite toys, and giving plenty of cuddle time. I tailor activities to each pet—whether that means energetic play, slow and gentle strolls, or simply sitting together for companionship. My goal is to keep them happy, engaged, and feeling safe from morning through bedtime.

Loving Care for Delicate Pets
Pet care experience
Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve spent over a decade caring for them in every way imaginable. My background includes working in veterinary clinics (both daytime and emergency), assisting in surgeries, helping at spay/neuter clinics, supporting wildlife care, and even working with horses. Through these experiences, I’ve gained hands-on expertise with pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities—from fragile senior dogs to energetic puppies, and even exotics like hawks and chinchillas. Today, I care for my own senior dog, Snooki, who needs multiple medications daily, wears a diaper, has a sensitive stomach, and lives with congestive heart failure requiring oxygen therapy. This personal journey has deepened my empathy and my ability to anticipate the needs of delicate pets who require extra attention, patience, and round-the-clock care. When you trust me with your pet, you can feel confident that they’ll be treated with the same love, attentiveness, and respect that I give my own. Whether it’s administering medications, providing gentle walks, offering companionship, or simply making sure they feel safe while you’re away, I approach every animal as family. If you’re looking for someone who combines professional experience with a warm, compassionate heart, I’d be honored to care for your family member. Important note: If a booking requires continuous care or takes place at a hotel, it will be categorized separately from house sitting and may incur an additional charge.
Reviews

Lindsey always takes such excellent care of my pets that I never worry when I go away. She communicates well and takes great pictures. I feel lucky to know her.

Lindsey again did a terrific job caring for my cats and tortoise! I feel comfortable going away knowing she'll be there for them!

Lindsey was excellent! She provided great communication leading up to the sitting. Samson was so comfortable with Lindsey, and I loved receiving the text and pictures to let me know how settled & calm Samson was in her company. Samson loved his time with Lindsey and we are looking forward to booking with her again on our next visit!

Thank you for caring for Hops! Appreciate the smooth communication!
