To see him happily descending stairs was a wonderful shock. It was wonderful to receive pictures, videos and updates daily. Alvin has only stayed away from me twice, and often ignores my visitors. So seeing how much he enjoyed his one on one pampering by Elsa and Nick was wonderful. I will be booking a date in May. Thanks for taking such wonderful care of him.”

“I had a last minute trip come up, and needed someone to watch my dog Nala on short notice. I rarely travel, and I work from home so I was a little worried about her separation anxiety. Amanda took amazing care of Nala, made sure she felt comfortable and safe. She provided regular photo updates, as well as keeping me informed of how Nala was eating and sleeping, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Nala had a great time playing fetch, going for walks, and snuggling on the couch. Amanda even sent her home with a cute home-made treat box (all made of ingredients that were sensitive to Nala’s allergies!). Justin was great to work with! Buddy looked like he had an awesome time in all his pictures. Justin was responsive and very flexible with pickup/drop off. During our meet and greet he was sure to talk through all the important questions about Buddy and the care he needed.
Caitlin took wonderful care of Rey while we were away. She sent photos and videos every day, which gave us great peace of mind and let us see how happy and comfortable Rey was. We are especially grateful for the love, attention, and care she gave Rey throughout the stay. Jaime was absolutely amazing with my pup Hawkie. She was very detailed oriented and kept me updated with how he was doing. I never worried for a second because I knew he was in good hands. He's scared of loud noises and she handled his anxiety episodes beautifully. I know that I could trust her again to watch Hawkie because he trusted her, which he doesn't trust a lot of people. Promise was wonderful with my dog while I was out on vacation! She sent frequent updates with pictures and videos! It was such a relief to leave my dog with someone who cared for her in a way where I didn’t worry about how she was doing! We will definitely be using her again in the future!
Sue is an excellent pet sitter. Our dog stayed with her for a week. Sue sent daily photos and updates. Sue really did took great care to make our pup feel at home (following her normal schedule, giving her veggies, letting her sleep in her bed)! Jennifer and her son are truly wonderful. Leaving Rio can be tough for me, but they gave me complete peace of mind. He was so incredibly well taken care of and genuinely loved every single day I was away. It’s rare to find sitters who treat your best buddy like their own family. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough! I honestly feel a little relief in my heart now. If I need to leave Rio for a few days, I've got a family that can truly and lovingly take care of my best buddy in the whole world.
Sarah and her family were absolutely wonderful with our 5-month-old Goldendoodle, Chopper! We left him for an 11-day stay, which was a long time for a young puppy, but Sarah made us feel completely at ease. They have a bustling, lively home with kids and other pets, which turned out to be the perfect, fun vacation for Chopper. He is a high-energy puppy who loves to bounce and wander, and they managed his excitement beautifully. We came home to a happy, healthy, and well-cared-for pup. We highly recommend Sarah and will absolutely trust her with Chopper again.
