Because he needs more quiet time, Daisy was very mindful to keep him separate so he could have his own peaceful space to rest. “Words cannot describe how thankful we are for Izzy. We were able to truly enjoy our vacation knowing that Turkey was being so well cared for. We could fully relax knowing that Turkey was happy and enjoying herself while we were away. Izzy went far beyond any expectations we could have had. Since Turkey is a hairless cat, Izzy had to put on and take off her sweatshirts daily and carefully determine whether the weather was appropriate for walks and outdoor time — which can be tricky given Turkey’s lack of fur and grumpiness! Turkey’s ears also require regular cleaning because they collect wax easily, and Izzy helped us tremendously with that as well. Throughout our trip, we received photos and updates from Izzy, which gave us so much peace of mind. We would recommend Izzy to any family looking for someone who will give special attention, care, and love to their beloved family member. We were away for 9 days, which was the longest we have ever been apart from Turkey. When we returned home, we were amazed by how happy and comfortable Turkey was, and by how consistently Izzy maintained Turkey’s feeding schedule. Most importantly, Izzy is truly a gem of a person. About: I've had dogs almost my entire life and have been taking care of the dogs of friends and family for the past 11 years. This ranges from absolute cuddle bug Yorkies to energetic labs. I work from 6-3:30 Sunday through Thursday, but making sure that the animals in my care have a regular schedule as best fits around that is key. First thing in the morning I'd be making sure the animals in my care have access to food and water and taken outside to do their business as applicable. Once I get home I recheck food and water needs and take care of their play and exercise needs. I have a fenced in yard and depending on the animal's needs, they can be crated or allowed to roam around the house. About: I've had dogs my entire life and love spending time with them. I've been dogsitting for friends and family for many years, and jumping into giving rover a try! Your pets will enjoy an active and loving household, and we will love spending time with your furry family! I work from home, so I will be able to let your pups out for potty breaks during the day and have a longer lunchtime walk. I like to go to the dog park on evenings and weekends, either walking to the park near my house or driving to a bigger reserve if your dog is able to ride in the car. One to two evenings a week I have a sports league and may need to leave your dog at home for 2-4hours. I have a fenced backyard live a block from a park, and am walkable to a dog run. I dont allow dogs to sleep with me on my bed, but can accommodate crates or other pet beds.

To me having 5 dogs is no different than having 1, as long as you have enough love to go around. All they want to do is love you and make you happy, so how can you not love them in return. I love all dogs, big or small, and also have more recent experience with cats. I am comfortable with young dogs as well as old dogs, including administering medications. My love for animals makes pet care one of my favorite experiences! I am currently home for the summer from college and have a pretty flexible schedule. Most weekdays I work for a few hours in the evening (usually around 4-8pm) but have a relatively open schedule otherwise for both weekdays and weekends. My daily experience with pets through my own pet ownership and through nannying families with their own pets ensures that I have the experience needed to meet the needs of all pets throughout the day. I can easily work around a pet’s schedule and prioritize the pet’s needs. I also have a car if any transportation is needed.
About: Have taken care of family dogs off all breeds and sizes. Have been trusted to overnight sit and bathe dogs along with walks! Love to be around all dogs and show them the best love! I am an athletic trainer who is off in the mornings and summer. Have several available days and times that would work for dog walking! I do not have a schedule in the summer so I am available at all times. It is important to me that all pets feel loved and get the exercise that they deserve. All pets will be given treats (within moderation and if allowed) and as much pets as they want! Walks will be focused on the dog, their comfortability, and getting to smell the fresh air!!
