About: “Pet whisperer” is the nickname my husband gave me because of how much I love our furry family. I find endless joy and love in being around animals. Whether it’s meeting a pet for the first time or winning over a shy one, I always seem to find a way to connect and make them feel comfortable. I’m currently working part-time, which give me plenty of time to play , walk and care for your dogs. I’m available weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm. I always keep a close eye on them during walks, use secure leashes, and choose safe, pet-friendly routes. Your dogs safety and comfort are my two priorities.

“Charlene is an awesome dog sitter!!! She attentive and loving. She took the time to meet with Riel and I before dog sitting Riel, and asked a lot of questions to try to understand my dog. Riel loves her. Seeing the pictures of Riel while I was on a trip gives me a peace of mind! Thank you Charlene!”

About: I have taken care of pets for a very long time since childhood. My friend’s dogs are always at our house when they travel. They are always exited to be here :) I work from home. We take walks couple times a day. My toy poodle loves to run free in the park, I am excited to see him happy everytime. We have a backyard and park close by. We usually take care of dogs in our house and take them to park couple times a day.

About: I’ve cared for pets of all ages and temperaments, from playful puppies and curious kittens to calm senior pets, both as a loving pet parent and as a sitter for friends and family. Whether it’s going on long walks, giving belly rubs, or just keeping them company, I make sure every pet in my care feels safe, happy, and loved. I understand how important routines and affection are, and I’m happy to tailor care to their unique personality, energy level, and needs. Whether your dog needs an active walking partner or your cat just wants a cozy lap to curl up on, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I can’t wait to meet your fur baby and share updates, pics, and stories while you're away! I have a very flexible schedule and can dedicate my full attention to caring for your furry baby, this includes regular potty breaks, multiple walks per day, playtime, and plenty of companionship throughout the day. I’m available on both weekdays and weekends, and I’m happy to adjust to your pet’s specific routine and needs. I don’t have any pets of my own and only care for one at a time, so your furry baby will have my full attention in a calm, quiet environment. I live in a pet-friendly house with a fully fenced backyard where your dog can safely play and explore. I always follow care instructions closely and take extra precautions during walks and potty breaks to keep your pet safe and comfortable.

About: Proud dog mom, cat aunt, and all-around animal lover here excited to spend time walking, playing with, and loving your pets. I know how important it is to feel your fur baby is happy and cared for while you’re away, and I’d love to help with that. My partner and I adopted our pup at 8 weeks old about 4 years ago, so I totally get those wild puppy days (and sharp little teeth!). I’ve also watched friends dogs and spent weeks at a time cat sitting for my sister over the years and loving getting to learn their little personalities and form bonds with them. I’d love to get to know your pet and make sure they feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled while we’re together. I’m just getting started here and would be happy to learn about your pet’s needs and can be flexible with scheduling as needed. I am not currently working and can adjust to your pets schedule as needed. Trust and safety are my top priority wherever I am! My place has a fenced in yard, but my dog can be reactive and is not cat friendly. If you’d like to have your dog stay with me, I’d prefer to do a slow introduction with them before a long stay. When I’m at your place, I will care for it as my own. Before our first walk, I’d love to learn as much about your pet’s needs as possible to ensure I’m providing the best care while you’re away!

“Joule had a great time on the walk with Bri. She was very punctual and easy to communicate with. It was my dogs first walk with her. She took great care of him. I will definitely schedule more walks with her in the future.”

About: Hi! I’m Alaina — a remote designer based in Fremont, offering dog walking/running and in-home cat sitting. I grew up with two very different dogs: Reyna, an anxious pitbull, and Champ, a spunky terrier (now 15!). Thanks to them, I’m great with nervous pets, experienced with administering meds, and comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Working from home, I’m always looking for reasons to get outside. I’d love to walk or run with your pup (Lake Elizabeth is my favorite trail around here). If you’ve got a cat, I’ll happily recruit them as my new desk buddy—benefits include chin scratches and treats. My boyfriend Kunal and I have lived together in Fremont for 3 years, and we’re both big animal lovers. Over the past year, we’ve fostered 12 kittens. I’ve syringe-fed tiny babies, cleaned up every mess imaginable, and loved every second of it. Fun fact: I studied Animal Science for two years at UC Davis and got hands-on experience with cows, pigs, sheep, and horses. I’ve also been a vegetarian for 10 years—my passion truly extends to all animals 🤍 Above all, I care about helping others. I’m reliable, communicative, and serious about giving your pet the best care possible. Can’t wait to meet your fur baby! 🐾 I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which makes it easy to build pet care into my day. I usually go on walks or runs in the morning, so it’s a great time to get dogs out for fresh air and exercise. Throughout the day, I’m home and able to check in, give meds if needed, or just hang out with pets while I work. Whether it’s a walk break or a cuddle session, I love having animals around—they’re the best part of my routine! As a cat sitter, I'll welcome your cat into my home where they’ll have a quiet, cozy space to relax. I follow their usual routine... feeding, litter box care, playtime, and plenty of attention (or space, if that’s preferred). For dog walking, I tailor each walk to your dog’s needs. Whether your dog wants a relaxed stroll or 2 mile run, I'm ready to get the steps! I make sure they get exercise, enrichment, and plenty of love. I stick to your routine, follow all instructions, and send regular updates so you know your pup is in good hands.

“Kruti was amazing taking care of our three puppies - she walked them for a long time and they came back exhausted. She was also extremely attentive and caring, I do feel like she took care of them like they would be her own”

About: While I don’t have professional pet sitting experience, I’ve spent years caring for animals in my personal life. I currently have four cats and have cared for strays, pregnant cats, and newborn kittens. I’m very familiar with different feline personalities and needs—from playful kittens to more reserved or senior cats. I also grew up with both large and small dogs, so I’m comfortable around dogs of all sizes. I’ve often cat and dog sat for family and friends, and I always do my best to make pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in my care. I work four days a week—weekdays I’m done by 5 PM, and on weekends I finish by 3 PM. I’m available all day on Monday, Friday, and Saturday. On my workdays, I’m available for pet care after the times listed above. I strive to maintain your pet’s usual routine to keep them comfortable and stress free while you’re away. I follow all instructions carefully whether it’s feeding, bathroom breaks, walks, or medication, and make sure your home stays secure and tidy. During drop-in visits, I provide love and attention along with meals and potty breaks. On walks, I adapt to your dog’s pace and needs to keep them safe and happy. For house sitting and overnight care, I focus on creating a calm environment where your pets feel relaxed and well cared for.

About: I’ve been known for taking care of our friends’ dogs as if they are my own. From few hours to 5 weeks, dogs of different sizes have been under my care which had led to many of my friends recommending me to start Rover. As a runner and recreational tennis player, I feel confident providing the best physical care for the puppies — going out on runs and doing indoor tugging activities. I will always be looking out to see if the puppies are comfortable and pouring them with love. Also, be prepared to get showered with tons of pics and stories of how your puppies spent their time during their stay! My dog-friendly place will be a safe, quiet heaven for your puppies — with multiple parks nearby, including a fenced dog park, where puppies can enjoy running while on/off leash (I prefer not doing off-leash when outside unless it's fenced yard or dog park). As a dedicated dog lover with a full-time job (weekdays, 2 PM to 10 PM but can come home for dinner around 6 pm), I’ve structured my schedule to ensure your furry friend gets the best care possible. Here’s what you can expect: - Reliable Availability: I plan potty breaks at least three times a day—typically around 7-8 AM, 12 PM-2 PM, and 10-11 PM—so your pup’s needs are always met. - Plenty of Companionship: Your dog will have company for most of the day, with alone time never exceeding 8 hours. - Daily Exercise: I take multiple short walks every day, giving your pup fresh air and a chance to stretch their legs. - Flexible Coordination: I’m happy to work with you to ensure your dog’s care schedule fits seamlessly with mine. - Personalized Attention: Every pup in my care receives love, attention, and care tailored to their specific needs. Rest assured, your four-legged family member will be in loving and responsible hands while you’re away! I live in a dog-friendly apartment in a safe and welcoming residential area of San Jose. My home is located right next to a fully fenced dog park, where your pup can safely sniff, run around, and socialize with other friendly dogs. This ensures they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation during their stay. For added peace of mind, I have a reliable car and am prepared to transport your pet to the nearest veterinary urgent care if needed. My apartment is clean, secure, and designed with pets in mind, offering a comfortable environment where your furry friend will feel right at home. Whether it’s playtime at the park or cozy downtime indoors, your dog will be cared for in a safe, enriching environment that prioritizes their happiness and well-being.

Alex T.

“Alex has all the qualities you look for in a sitter, and more. He truly loves animals and not only can he provide first-rate, reliable care for your pets, but he is also fun and playful, who pets absolutely love & gravitate towards! His passion shows in the amazing ways he cares for them, whether it is Bea his own doodle, or other pets he cares for. He prioritizes both their physical & emotional health and wellbeing at all times, and never hesitate to go the extra mile to provide the best loving care. What he does for Bea speaks volumes and he applies the same level of care to other pets he cares for. Alex started brushing Bea's teeth daily from day one, so he still has perfect pearly whites at age three. Bea's hair is always brushed and his nails are always well-trimmed. Alex is also very thoughtful in keeping Bea and other pets happy & healthy mentally, by giving them lots of attention, and providing plenty of stimulating exercise and games. And he is very focused & patient with training for good behavior, with well thought-out plans. To top it off, he is well-researched into the best-in-class pet care. Alex practices this high level of pet care tirelessly on a daily basis with diligence, patience & kindness. My dog perks his ears with excitement with the mention of Alex's name. I think yours will too!”

Shannon S.
“Shannon was sensitive to Merlin's needs and really did a good job keeping him calm and happy. He spent extra time making sure Merlin got the play and attention that he needs that I was unable to provide while I was away. I was relieved to find that Merlin didn't seem anxious or upset when I returned from my 4 day absence. Shannon didn't have any trouble handling my big 80lb ball of energy. I'd trust him with my fur baby any day of the week!”

Jae-Young J.
“Jae-Young is a friend of mine and when my wife and I were traveling abroad for a month, he took care of our Border Collie, Lielle. Lielle is a 38 lbs 2-year-old female BC with a ton of energy and a huge eager for learning and playing. Jae-Young did a fantastic job and in fact was a perfect one for taking care of this walk-loving dog, as he himself is very outgoing and lives pretty close to a huge park in San Francisco, the Golden Gate Park. Nearly everyday, apparently, he would go for a walk or a jog to the park, making Lielle super satisfied in terms of exercise and sniffing all new scents and odors in the park. He is also very interested in training and believes in scientific way of training - the positive reinforcement. He does not get mad at all when the dog is not behaving as he wanted. Rather, he would try to find what she CAN do well and focus on that. We also did some video calls to see him and the dog, which probably would not happen if he takes care of a person who is not his friend already, but he would definitely send videos and photos of the lovely dog he's taking care of. He is always nice to humans and dogs, which is something that matters even though we sometimes forget to appreciate. Border Collies are energetic and can become quite problematic when not dealt properly. That being said, overall, I believe he can handle various kinds of dogs, as he experienced a "hard one" already. I can trust him and would love to let him keep our dog if we have to travel without Lielle by any chance in the future!”

We are so happy to have Yingju! She is so sweet and knowledgeable, having been a vet for over a decade in TW. Yingju came over to walk Kiki and give her her afternoon pill (which is tricky business, because Kiki is very sharp). Yingju took many photos throughout her time with Kiki, logged every poop/pee/water breaks on the app, and gave a detailed note on how the walk/meds went. As healthcare workers (for humans), we love and greatly appreciate this level of detail, especially having a very senior dog whose patterns we watch closely. We had another dog walker who was too minimalist with reporting things (quick in/out, one photo, no notes, no follow ups) - so if you are an owner who appreciates small details on your pet, Yingju is fabulous. We are forever grateful we have a trustworthy dog walker! Thank you again Yingju:)

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care Siqin provided for my dog! She went above and beyond, ensuring my dog received plenty of playtime, healthy meals, and lots of affection. I was regularly updated with adorable photos and videos, which put my mind at ease while I was away. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for my puppy truly stand out. I highly recommend Siqin to anyone seeking a reliable and caring pet sitter.

I’m incredibly happy to find Sharon! She is a true dog lover and takes amazing care of Gracie. When Gracie first met Sharon, she immediately took a liking of her and gave her hugs and kisses. Not only is Sharon very prompt and professional, but she is also dependable, caring, compassionate, trustworthy and goes above and beyond. After each visit, Sharon provided me with pictures and a detailed report. She is an absolute gem. Thank you so much, Sharon for giving me "Peace of Mind" while I'm working. I HIGHLY recommend Sharon!

This was Dana's second time meeting with Marshall. He is weary of strangers and takes a few meetings to warm up to new people. Dana followed our instructions and asked appropriate questions. She also noticed when Marshall's body language was such that he didn't want to be touched and immediately stopped and stepped back. We're going to continue the process and will schedule additional time with Dana.

Noella has been walking our Golden Aiden for many years now. He absolutely adores her, and despite being a senior dog is always willing to go on full walks with her. We’ve found Noella easy to schedule with, she’s super flexible and communicative. We can’t imagine what we would do without her to walk Aiden!

We had a pleasant experience with Jakelyn. Outstanding dog walker! Always goes the extra mile to make sure your pet is happy and well cared for! Very knowledgeable, reliable and conscientious. Would definitely highly recommend her and will continue to use her services.
