About: Hi! I'm a cat enthusiast who has been surrounded by cats my whole life. I can provide basic care needs (i.e., feeding, playing, changing the litter box) and also basic medical needs (i.e., ear drops). Fun fact about me is that I'm a graduate student at George Mason University studying developmental psychology! I am a student, so my availability surrounds my class schedule. During typical weekdays, I'm availability in the early mornings and the evenings. On the weekends, I'm usually free all day. For drop-in visits, I do my best to keep the place tidy and to clean up any messes that may arise. I will also respect your pet's boundaries, as I know not all cats love human interaction, especially from strangers. My main goal is to make sure your cat is comfortable and well cared for.
About: Over the years I have taken care of many different kinds of animals including dogs and cats (of which I've owned two of each), guinea pigs, mice, and more! In my veterinary science classes, I learned a lot about the handling of dogs, cats, and small animals and got lots of hands-on experience working with dogs during weekly grooming days. Previously, I have worked in a dog hotel as a kennel assistant where I provided many different services for dogs including feeding, cleaning and walking. Along with this, I also often pet sit for my friends and family :D I have a good amount of time on weekdays to look after pets. “She was exactly who we needed to care for our finicky sweet cat. Abby communicated with us every time she visited with photos and videos of our kitty. She updated us on our kitty’s patterns and eating habits and learned when she wanted attention and when she needed a little space (so important for cats!). She was flexible with needing to find supplies in the house like trash bags when we didn’t leave enough out. Our cat clearly loved having her there and warmed up to her quickly. Bubs is usually visibly stressed after we are gone even with care but this time she was happy and relaxed when we got back. Abby was really the perfect cat sitter for us!!”
About: I'm a lifelong horse rider and have experience with cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, chickens, ducks, fish, mice, guinea pigs and hamsters, whatever you need I can do it! About: I personally have a 2 year old Siberian husky back in Colorado that I dearly miss. I have taken care of smaller dogs like Yorkies as well. I enjoy their company and taking them on walks I’m free mostly on weekends. If you need me to drop off or take them for a walk during week days, I can do so. About: I have always had pets while growing up and am comfortable with all dog breeds! I recently have new experience with cats and have grown to love their personalities just as much. As a nanny, it was my job to also care for family pets which I had no problem doing. I regularly helped friends with watching their dogs. I am fully remote, with one day off a week. Ella did an amazing job with my tuxedo cat! She sat and played with her-gave her treats-scooped the litter box-even managed to brush her a little!
