About: Over the years I have taken care of many different kinds of animals including dogs and cats (of which I've owned two of each), guinea pigs, mice, and more! In my veterinary science classes, I learned a lot about the handling of dogs, cats, and small animals and got lots of hands-on experience working with dogs during weekly grooming days. Previously, I have worked in a dog hotel as a kennel assistant where I provided many different services for dogs including feeding, cleaning and walking. Along with this, I also often pet sit for my friends and family :D I have a good amount of time on weekdays to look after pets. His name was not what he was rescued with, but he was clearly always an Ed. With my second dog, Kovu, I spent a lot of time on socialization with other dogs and on keeping him calm and quiet when left alone. Because of that, I’m patient with nervous, rigid, big dogs, and dogs still learning the rules. I know that consistency and a calm presence go a long way. All Creatures Welcome! I used Carole for the first time and she was fantastic. She’s so kind and easy to talk to, she became an Instant friend. She was dependable, responsive, and took such great care of pickles. He’s a timid cat and she was able to get him out on his own and within a day was getting belly rubs and looking forward to her arrival. She encouraged play and left little treats around the house for him to find, keeping him active while I was away. I will definitely use her again.
