1. Heather C.

“Heather is so nice and calm. She knows how to behave with dogs. She made a trip to my place on her own time to meet my dog Jasper who is very cautious about meeting new people. After a short while he had stopped barking and was curled up on a blanket taking a nap.”

2. Khahae S.

“Dogs and cat always seemed happy when I got home. Khahae sent a photo or video daily of the animals which made me feel like they were taken care of. I would recommend her for any animal care needed ;)”

3. Julie A.
“Julie was super friendly, prompt and communicates quickly...all huge wins for our family and pups. We plan on using her again in the near future.”

4. Pilar S.

“Highly recommend Pilar”

5. Christopher S.

“My poor baby has been sick so hasn’t been able to get out and play with others like he usually does. He is feeling better and is full of energy but still not ready for going back to his normal socializing— so in comes Christopher to the rescue! London was so excited to go for a walk with him and was doing his puppy run with legs flailing with so much excitement — it was just delightful to see knowing he’s been home bound for 2 weeks. Christopher was great and kept up with his pent up energy and left smiling so it definitely went well. Big bonus: Christopher lives nearby my neighborhood!!! It is always great to have folks that love and watch over our pets nearby!”

6. Nannette E.

“Nannette is great - Indi loves her!”

7. Reece N.
“I've known Reece since I moved to Portland four years ago. During that time I've witnessed again and again how caring and intuitive Reece is with our dog as well as her family cat and an older very grouchy dog. Reece has a lot of love inside and it shows beautifully when she is around animals!!”

8. Sophie S.

“Sophie is the best! On time, kind and professional. So grateful to have her walking our guy when we’re both at work 🩷”

9. Denise A.

“Denise is super attentive with Leia , she is has been walking her while I'm at work. It's really great to have someone enjoy the walks and Leia is a happy dog getting the attention!”

10. Leah T.
About: I have a very positive personality that I bring out in all work that I do. I am a practicing Speech Language Pathologist with a 3 year old pup of my own—Louie. I have taken care of pets through rover, as well as used it for my own pet care needs. I moved around the Portland area a bit, so I took a break from Rover, but now my life is more settled and I’m happy to take your fur-babies on walks, or drop in! I live in Mountain Park and would be happy to cover any “last minute” dog needs that you have. My schedule will allow for 1-3 walks/drop in visits per day. My most availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I pride myself in being thorough and paying attention to detail. I will follow any and all instructions that you provide. Having a dog of my own, I can supply poop bags and treats if necessary.

11. Kathryn M.

“Kathryn treats our dogs with an immense amount of love and respect! She is a great communicator, always prompt, and our dogs love seeing her. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

12. Maddie M.
About: I’m currently a veterinary student at the Royal Veterinary College in London in my final year and go home to Oregon on my breaks. My first dog was a Siberian Husky named Chudak who I got when I was 12. I currently have a 5 year old Siberian husky mix named Koda, who I love to death. Both of my dogs were/are very energetic thanks to them being huskies so I'm use to exercise they require, along with their very unique personalities. I have been dog sitting for family friends for the last couple years as well, and I am skilled in feeding, walking, simple grooming, and general health knowledge. My schedule is open on weekends and weekdays. I would love any opportunity to work with animals, enjoy their company and get to know your furry family! If you have any questions feel free to contact me. As I am home for the summer, I have no plans and if booked I will make sure your pets are my top priority and make sure to spend lots of quality time with them. I have plenty of experiences handling animals and I always make it my goal for both you and your pet to feel comfortable with me taking care of them. I also make sure the house is in great condition for the owners return because no one wants to return home to a dirty house!

13. odalis l.

“Django loved his walks!”

14. Alyssa S.

“Alyssa has been a joy to work with! She takes such great care of my pups! She has walked them most days during the week over the last month and took her time with them while they were adjusting and now they are excited to see her and are getting their mid day playtime 😊 she is very thorough in her responses, gives many updates and photos! I highly recommend booking with her!”

15. Bridget B.

“I really struggle to trust people with my dog, but had a good feeling about Bridget. She has followed all instructions and I’ve very much appreciated her updates. I come home to a happy boy every day so I know he is well taken care of! It’s given me a ton of peace of mind. Definitely will continue to have her walk him until she can’t anymore!”

16. Harley M.
“Harley would be a fantastic pet caregiver because it seems like every other week she has a new pet she's taking care of. Sometimes it's her grandparents car Henry, or a friend from school' cat Rocky, or her own 2 cats who live at her dad's house Mick and Sid. And if she's not taking care of them, it's videos on Instagram or cat tattoos, or a plethora of other things. She loves pets and animals more than anything and she will stop at nothing to make sure they are happy and taken care of. I think she would be a fantastic choice for this job.”

17. Monty A.
About: I love dogs and genuinely care about each and everyone I meet. I have been a pet sitter for family and friends for the past few years. I have the most experience with medium size dogs (especially doodles and Australian shepherds). I am highly attentive and good at juggling multiple animals at once. I am a runner so I can take your dog running. I bring my own treats which are homemade (if their are concerns I can email recipes or use a brand of treats). I am very flexible with my timing and can plan for any last minute needs. No breed of dog scares me and I can handle leash pullers. I would love to visit your dog and keep them happy healthy pups!

18. Jazmine R.
“When I have walked dogs and done dog sitting, Jazmine has helped me tremendously with the care of them. I never had a pet growing up, and she was able to walk me through approaching a pet, how to play with them, letting them know when they’re misbehaving, and how to take care of them better by seeing what they are doing. Whenever I’ve had a question about what the pet is going, I’ve gone straight to her and she knew exactly what I needed to do”

19. Anastasiya G.

“New to the area but Biscuit really liked her!”
